What are some songs that begin and end with the same lyric line? And why do you think this is something artists sometimes do?

Not exactly 1 line (2 lines in this case), but Wrabel's "11 Blocks" starts and ends with "11 blocks from my door to your doorstep, three years later and it feels too close".
Also, Tucker Beathard's "Rock On" starts with "Girl I really did mean it when I wished you the best", and ends with that line but replacing "Girl" with "Yeah".

Michelle Branch did this a lot. I guess it's a way to wrap a song's story or show that it hasn't been resolved. Songs that fade to end do so to leave the impression that it's unfinished so listeners want more. Maybe this is a similar thing?

The first two that come to mind are "11 Blocks" by: Wrabel and "Choke" by: OneRepublic.
I don't know why, but I love when songs do that lol.

Korean song by Ga-In (the main woman in PSY's Gentleman), titled "12 O'Clock":
The first and last lines of the song are, in Korean alphabet: "열두 시가 되면 만나". It's pronounced "yeoldu siga doemyeon manna" and translates to "Let’s meet when it turns twelve o’clock".

Mariah Carey & Boyz II Men - One Sweet First one that came to my mind. I think artist do it as a way to bring it all together and come full circle with the main message of the song. "Sorry I never told you AlI I wanted to say" Another song that instantly comes to mind is Dixie Chicks' 'Not Ready To Make Nice': "Forgive, sounds good Forget, I’m not sure I could They say time heals everything But I’m still waiting"

A few Coldplay songs do this.
Yellow (slight variation): Look at the stars Look how they shine for you And everything you do
At the end, "and everything you do" becomes "and all the things that you do"
In My Place: In my place, in my place were lines that I couldn't change I was lost, oh yeah
Green Eyes: Honey, you are a rock upon which I stand
42: Those who are dead are not dead They're just living in my head

Daya - Back To Me
But I LOVE that song and ESPECIALLY the ending not just because it repeats the same lyrics as the first line (I lowkey like it when that happens lol, as long as the song makes sense unlike Work lmao), but also because of that piano line after Daya sings her last line... that piano line gives me the chills every single time I hear it

Coincidentally, the last song I listened to does this. Cheyenne Kimball's "Hanging On":
"I've had a bad day"
Kelly Clarkson's "Miss Independent" begins and ends with those two words. At the end "miss independent" is said after the chorus, but the first two websites I found with the lyrics omit that line.
