Yes! This is going to smash. They should just release this as Rihanna's second single too, and not release "What's My Name", when "Only Girl" peaks. careful. haven't heard what's my name yet. Might be an even bigger smash.

Guetta is such a cheap producer. His sound is getting a bit stale, to say the least. Not that it was ever fresh or anything either.
I'd rather this not be a single. Stick to the plan, Rihanna & Co.

This is absolutely terrible. It should not be a single ever. I'm disappointed that Rihanna would work with him after everyone has. While I don't consider her to be a 'trendsetter' in terms of working with producers, but she of all people would know not to work with someone who has been so grossly overused.

As far as the dance market goes, maybe, but he's not as overused as Dr. Luke, Max Martin, JR Rotem etc etc. It's just that his sounds happens to be more recognizable as opposed to all the others. Guetta is far from "grossly overused." The song's not that bad though, and honestly I'm glad they collaborated.

Kinda reminds me of Madonna. That's because it's a direct rip off of Madonna's 'Who's That Girl'.

That mix sounds hot but that video really doesn't mean anything. It sounds like he was just trying to get the crowd excited. Oh and per RihannaDaily (who gets info straight from Rihanna's team), Rihanna hasn't finalized for this to be on the "Loud" tracklisting yet. I don't think she wants it on the album personally judging from her tweet a month ago when the video leaked and it sounded as if she wanted to distance the track from her actual album.

Why must people compare everything Gaga, Britney, Christina, Rihanna etc; do to Madonna. Getting stale now.

The chorus of 'Who's That Chick' is lifted from Madonna's 'Who's That Girl', at least the chorus part and the way she sings it.. it's painfully obvious.

The aspects for the release of this song are just downright confusing. I think that this song being released as a single are going to really mess with the average chr listeners head.

I agree. I did like Guetta's earlier stuff like "Just a Little More Love" and "People Come, People Go." But he's been stale for a while.

When is the dorito's campaign that will (presumably) have the HQ of this w/ both videos released?

Sorry, love Guetta. Hes produced some of the best dance mix's in the last few years (Commander, When Love Takes Over, Baby When The Lights Go Out, Etc). If you have actually listened to his CD's you will see a big variety in who he works with and delivery. It just so happens that the stuff sent to radio sounds a lot alike...
BUT come on now... everything Kesha does sounds similar, and everything Madonna has done lately sounds the same. So if were gonna beat up artists for not delivering new material, you cant put David Guetta into that category alone.
Besides, I need a HQ version before I can totally judge this song. I like it, but it was a rejected demo originally for a reason.

If you had replaced "sounds the same" with "sounds similar," there would be nothing about this I didn't disagree with.

The thing is the stuff that Guetta produces now is not a departure from what he was doing seven or eight years ago. His brand of electronic music just finally caught on stateside.

BUT come on now... everything Madonna has done lately sounds the same. They may all be relatively uptempo, but I don't think 4 Minutes, Give It 2 Me, Miles Away, Celebration, and Revolver (Madonna's most recent airplay offerings) sound even remotely "the same."

If this is, if fact, a single from David's upcoming album or something, putting it on Rihanna's new album would be genius on their part. It would take sales away from David but if he had one (or even two) songs ready to send out as promo in addition to this, it would help him out as well.
