I figure I'll start one now and maybe another one will be made just before the Grammys to compare. I'll leave this one up for a few weeks.
Results will be shown after the poll is locked in 2 weeks.

This is one of the most uninteresting group of songs I've seen in a while :(
ESOM will probably win. -sigh-

Need You Now. Considering it's the only song with no sort of Urban feel at all nominated, it'll take a good number of votes by default.

I don't know why people seem to think that the Urban/Rhythmic songs will cancel each other out. By that logic, I feel like Coldplay should have won last year and the Foo Fighters should have won two years ago.
I think it'll be Eminem.

Oddly enough, I can see Need You Now winning because of the rap-overload.

4 Urban songs.... 'Empire State of Mind' i think, it could be 'F**k You' or 'Need You Now' though.

I don't know why people seem to think that the Urban/Rhythmic songs will cancel each other out. By that logic, I feel like Coldplay should have won last year and the Foo Fighters should have won two years ago. I think it'll be Eminem. I wouldn't say Rehab is an urban/rhythmic song. It has R&B leanings but Winehouse definitely wasnt appealing to the r&b/hip hop crowd. And while I think Rehab would've won regardless, I do believe Irreplaceable took some votes from Umbrella. Plant/Krauss certainly isn't hip hop so I don't really see that argument. M.I.A. was the only hip hop-related artist nominated in ROTY. Plant/Krauss's win had nothing to do with genre. For instance, I think KOL was helped big time last year by being the only rock track in a sea of really pop songs. Same with Clocks winning against Beyonce/BEP/OutKast/Eminem. There's 3 rap tracks nominated and an R&B/Alt song in ROTY. Having been a cross-format country hit, I think Need You Now is in good shape. Jay-Z or Eminem could take it though. My favorite is ESOM but I'm still pretty pissed about the Bad Romance snub.

I'm going with Eminem for this one too... I think he has more hype right now. The Lady Antebellum song feels old now, though I wouldn't mind if it won. It was my favorite song for a while.

Need You Now is a lock to win. Look at the past winners of this category. The other four are going to split. Look at the year Coldplay won for "Clocks." ROTY usually goes with the pop/rock/country/veteran nominee, this year will be no exception.

^ They also tend to lean to crossover hits. It's either Lady A or Jay-Z taking it. Eminem will probably take Song of the Year.

lmao, Need You Now does not have this award on lock. None of the nominations do. It could be any of them, tbh. (Except 'Nothin' On You')
