Looking forward to this. Though I don't think they needed 3 versions of Judas. :/
Is it wrong of me to hope that the remixes contain the entirety of each song remixed rather than just the chorus?

I am excited for every single one of these remixes! I've heard a couple but the others seem promising!
The TEOG remix by Foster the People is already out and it's nothing great.

Looks interesting. I was not a fan of the first one. I am surprised that there are no mixes of "Government Hooker", not even that DJ White Shadow Mugler Mix (basically a dub of the original) which is on the USB edition. Perhaps they wanted to keep it exclusive. ??? I am surprised by the number of "Judas" and "You & I" remixes considering how all of the ones they selected for those are the worst ones. The Hurts mix of "Judas" is the only one that really works, so it's just the lesser of the evils? Is it wrong of me to hope that the remixes contain the entirety of each song remixed rather than just the chorus? Not at all. I prefer full vocal treatments of the songs. There are some instances where just the chorus or very little vocals works out (like that dub mix of "Schiesse" on the Deluxe Edition). But for Gaga songs in general, full vocal is usually better.

The Bollywood remixes >>> I love those as well! I think they could have included a few more to make this a little better. Since they are including multiple versions for some songs, why not include a few more?

Do remixes count towards the regular album sales?

Do remixes count towards the regular album sales? This is a separate remix album.

The house mixes are phenomenal and are underrepresented here. Porter Robinson, Sultan & Ned Shepard and Funkagenda's 'Edge of Glory' are all amazing club smashes. As is Grum, Zedd, and Dada Life's 'Born This Way'. Zedd's 'Marry The Night' is sick too.

No remixes of "Hair?" Seriously? I feel confident that the label will eventually give this song the remix treatment for the clubs, but not even a teaser??

"Americano" being the sixth single judging by the order of the tracklist?

"Americano" being the sixth single judging by the order of the tracklist? The order of the songs may have just been coincidental. I recall Gaga saying that "Marry The Night" would be the final single from the album whenever it is released. But then again, she did say "You And I" would never ever be a single and it ended up being one.

I never recall her saying that. I remember her saying it was going to be a single at some point.

The label needs to release singles to Dance after they're done with Pop singles, Schibe and Government Hooker would slay the Dance charts.

But then again, she did say "You And I" would never ever be a single and it ended up being one. She also said 'Speechless' would be a single and that there would be four singles from The Fame Monster, as well as the second 'Born This Way' video, Gagavision 45, extended 'Judas' video and all the rest. It means nothing.

The TEOG remix by Foster the People is already out and it's nothing great. Link? I can't find it on yt. That particular remix was released on the digital EP for "The Edge Of Glory" back in July. I couldn't find it on YouTube either. Gaga's team usually uploaded most of her remixes to the official YouTube channel. You can stream a clip of it on iTunes: itunes.apple.com/us/album/the-edge-of-glory-the-remixes/id449009896

I haven't really cared for any of the remixes from this era, to be honest. My favourite ones so far have been the Bollywood versions of Born This Way, oddly enough. And as much as I didn't like the Country Road remix, there are aspects of it that I like more than the original even but I feel like as a whole, it could have been handled better in the studio and mixing stage. The Mark Taylor remix of You And I I also like but I feel like it's just more of an alternate remix to the album version rather than a completely reassembled version.
GaGa's best remixes were all for Paparazzi. Specifically the Stuart Price remix.

GaGa's best remixes were all for Paparazzi. Specifically the Stuart Price remix. I have preferred some of the unofficial mixes this time around (even with the last album too). I never cared for "Beautiful Dirty Rich" that much until I heard the DeMarko! mix. soundcloud.com/djdemarko/beautiful-dirty-rich-demarko-s(it's a really long club-oriented mix, but the main vocals start at 4:25 into it) From this album, I liked the Bollywood mixes for BTW. None of the "Judas" ones (slightly liked the Hurts one). And the Cahill mix of TEOG. I also liked both of those Mark Taylor and 10 Kings ones for YAI. But these are two that I really liked over the official ones: Wayne G & Andy Allder mix of "The Edge Of Glory" (this is a teaser) www.youtube.com/watch?v=epFO1bj5Gc4Dig-It Vocal of "You And I" mosuniverse.com/blogs/taj/2011/09/remix-treatment-lady-gaga-you-and-i-wayne-g-andy-allder-luke-johnstone-dig-it-vocal-remix/

The Mark Taylor remix of 'Yoü and I' is the only remix this era I really like from the ones I've heard.

I saw those earlier, and assumed they were fake, tbh. I don't really like either, I think it's unnecessary and the Collection cover is kinda ewwy. I probably won't buy the Collection one unless there's some special yet to be announced extra, I'm fine with getting the DVD and Remix CD separately.
