This is one of the worst Greatest Hits tracklistings I've ever seen in my life. Oh please, most of her hits are in there. But is it that hard to include all of her hits? Isn't it a sad testament that fans on a message board can make up tracklistings with all the hits included but record labels/Jennifer herself can't?

Not to bring up other artists in this conversation, but there have been many instances of such releases being handled so horribly (Madonna and Janet Jackson's recent hits collections come to mind). It's a shame that this is happening but it seems they just don't seem to care enough anymore.

I have the CD and I honestly think it's one of the best-done greatest hits compilations ever.

Think of all the flawless album, single covers, single choices, marketing that fans come up with...record co rely on bs royce groups.and other stuff and typically miss the mark. That said, this is a decent gh list. On one hand, it shows a lot of hits through the year...one the other hand she has.flops.on there and it shows that she doesn't have much outside of this to call a smash or memorable.

They need that ass beat for excluding "Play", the trackmasters radio mix of "I'm Gonna Be Alright", and "I'm Glad". Then they go and include minor hits like "Feelin So Good", and "I'm Into You" ???

"Let's Get Loud" is one of signatures. It most definitely deserves to be on there.

"Let's Get Loud" is probably her only older song I still occasionally hear on the radio.

But they included almost all the essential songs (she has sooo many amazing songs that were hits that one could fill 2 or even 3 CDs to capacity to cover them all).

I need Que Hiciste, All I Have and I'm Gonna Be Alright on the standard tracklist.

The only thing I'm mad at is the Get Right remix, I want the original!!

Plus the song was used for a bunch of commercials at one point, I guess the label figured from that exposure alone, it counts as a hit.

I'm glad she's out of Idol. It was great while it lasted but it really was time to go.
More time to focus on her world tour and movies!

My first Jlo show tonight Saw her last night, it was amazing! The only negative thing about the show is that she's doing the first part and they don't sing any song together.

Enrique went first tonight, which is better cause while he was great to look at and actually really entertaining I'm here for Jlo lol The only negative thing so far is that I sprained my ankle yesterday and now I can dance :( but my boyfriend is makin up for me lol

I got my copy of the deluxe edition today. You know, just listening to it straight through, I'm pleased. I know a lot of songs were left off and I don't know what they were thinking with the track order, but I love (or like at least) all of the songs and it's nice to have the majority of her best songs on one CD. I dealt with "Lucky" not being on The Singles Collection, I can deal with "Play" not being here. The DVD looks great too. Nice too finally have the videos for "Get Right" and the original "Waiting for Tonight" on DVD.

Expected to sell 12-15k next week. Woah. After so many hits and after being out for so long, I thought she would have done better than that. I wonder if it would have sold better had "Dance Again" been a bigger hit. How well do GH albums normally sell anyways?

This project was mishandled. Goin' In should have went on iTunes after the Idol performance and not wait 2 months before releasing a video.
I'm not surprised, anyways who buys GH these days?

Quite a few get them. Her label has simply mishandled everything.

They didn't use the popular single/video versions for some, and for others they sourced the songs from the albums, and a few had an interlude before or after and didn't properly edit those. But they included almost all the essential songs (she has sooo many amazing songs that were hits that one could fill 2 or even 3 CDs to capacity to cover them all). Any specific examples? While they included most of the relevant tracks, sourcing was an issue: -Nasty is not the single edit. -For Control, they tacked the intro from the Control CD onto the DOAD master. You can see the frequency cutoff switch from the intro to the main part of the track. -The Pleasure Principle is still not the 7'' Vocal Version which was the single version. It's the same edit of the album version which appeared on Design of a Decade -Diamonds is not the single edit. -For Rhythm Nation, it was someone's great idea to rip the LP Version from one of the maxi CD's and tack on the intro from the Rhythm Nation album with a poor edit point after the count. This is a new edit. -If was lifted straight from the janet. album so they faded the beginning a bit to smooth it out. It's not the radio edit. -Scream is nearly the single edit, but is missing the warped synth before the replaced "stop fuckin' with me" line. -Got 'Til It's Gone is the real radio edit, but missing a few seconds at the beginning with Q-Tip's line "now, why you wanna go an do that?" It just starts at the wrong point. -All Nite (Don't Stop) is lifted straight from Damita Jo so there's a leftover fade out from the previous track and the end cuts off early due to R&B Junkie starting after it. Why not just rip it from one of the CD singles? -Call On Me is lifted from 20 Y.O. instead of the single. For some reason, they decided to tack the outro of With U at the beginning of the song - hack editing. -Make Me is sourced from MP3. Yes, a commercial CD track sourced from MP3.
