^ I love the clip of Guide Me Home. It sounds amazing, I'm not saying that because I'm a big fan of Sugarland. I think the thing I love a lot about it is the fact Kristian has a good lead in the clip and Jennifer is backing, nice change of pace. I do love the sound of his voice an wish it was heard more. Basically all of this right here Can't wait to hear the whole song!

I listened to all the clips, and I know they're only about half of each song, but I love them all, pretty much. Keith Urban's "For You" sounds really intense. Obviously that one's probably my favorite, but I did like the Sugarland one and it was great to hear Kristian singing lead for a while there. Josh Kelley and Hunter Hayes give amazing vocal performances. The Lady A song sounds pretty good. Jake's sounds good as well, and the ones by Trace, Lori, Montgomery Gentry, and Wynonna all sound nice as well.
Keith's "For You" will be the song playing during the film's end credits, and I can't wait to hear the whole thing. I think I will get the soundtrack and also see this movie, it sounds pretty interesting!

March 27, 2012 Amy Dalley Coming Out of the Pain [Rock Ridge Music]
Nashville-based country singer/songwriter Amy Dalley is set to release her new album, Coming Out Of The Pain, via Rock Ridge Music on March 27, 2012. Coming Out Of The Pain is Dalley’s second full-length and combines classic pop-country with the edge of heartland rock, as well as Dalley’s intimate lyrics and dulcet vocals. The album was produced by Dalley and husband/engineer/writing partner Jack Sizemore (also a member of Jason Aldean’s band), along with New Voice Entertainment. On Coming Out Of The Pain, Dalley showcases her considerable songwriting chops, opting to pen her own compositions rather than rely on the prevalent Nashville practice of tapping professional writers. The results are immeasurable; there’s an honesty and depth to the songs—from the witty breakup tale of “Peace Sign,” to the dark and powerful “Civil War,” to the mother’s love that permeates “Bottle It Up”—that couldn’t possibly have emanated from anyone other than the artist herself. “This album is just a natural evolution of my own maturity and growth. I think it sounds very me, yet edgier. I really love the songs,” says Dalley. “In my musical career, I feel happy now. I feel like I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing and what I should have been doing all along. That means taking the reins and being in control of my future in music.” A performer throughout her childhood in Kingsport, TN, Dalley got her pro start entertaining at the Dollywood amusement park. In 1994 she relocated to Nashville and formed national touring act the Hillbilly Gypsies, then later landed a publishing deal with Hamstein Music, landing her song “Dream Too Small” on an episode of the TV show Dawson’s Creek. In 2003 Dalley signed with Curb Records, which released a series of successful singles: “Love's Got an Attitude (It Is What It Is)” debuted in 2003, peaking at #27 on the country charts; “I Think You’re Beautiful” came next; then her highest-charting single, “Men Don't Change,” at #23. In 2005, Dalley charted again with the Reba McEntire single “My Sister,” which she co-wrote with Bonnie Baker and Roxie Dean. Four more singles were released between 2005 and 2007. Curb never released the full-length, and in 2008 Dalley left the label and went out on her own, self-releasing the grassroots success It’s Time on her Madjack Records imprint in 2009.

I was hoping that her coming back into the spotlight for her new show on Food Network would get some things rolling for new music as well.

They pulled the iTunes and it's getting major distribution in stores :) Rock Ridge is home to roots rock bands like Ingram Hill, Ernie Halter and Sister Hazel. They are kinda the rock equivalent of Average Joes. They sign bands that have regional/national touring bases and put out product that wouldn't get major distribution otherwise. Matt

Luke Bryan "Spring Break 4... Suntan City" EP - Release Date March 6th
Could this go #1? Competition looks pretty weak in March.

^It very well could...Luke is red hot right now, and the only other release on the 6th is Neal McCoy's XII. I love Neal and what I've heard from the album, but I don't see a way that he outsells Luke, even if Luke's is only an EP. Craig Morgan's album is out Feb. 28 but I don't think he'll sell well, especially in week two, let alone week #1. Other than that, the only other notable release in the next month is the Act Of Valor Soundtrack on Feb. 21...but there's no way to know how well that will sell, and with it being 2 weeks before Luke's EP drops, I'd bet he gets the #1, unless something else from a bigger star suddenly gets scheduled for release in the next month.

Luke could go #1, but I think it's more likely that Tim, Lady A, Jason, Toby, or even Luke's studio album, blocks it.

Punching Bag? Would never have predicted such an album title for Josh Turner. I can't say that I like it all that well, but I'm sure there's a logical reason for it being called that (and more than likely, its named after a song, as all of his prior albums would suggest) and I'm intrigued to find out. Either way, the album will become a part of my music library when it releases.

Kip Moore has mentioned on his Facebook page that his album will be released May 1. Kip Moore record will be out may 1st!Good to know. Initially I think the album was supposed to be called "Drive Me Crazy", but Kip recently re-tweeted a blog article that said the album is to be title "Up All Night". Also, Amazon has Lee Brice's next album, "Hard To Love", listed with an April 24 release date.

Don't care for Lee Brice's music at all, but that is a high quality album cover. Not crazy about the use of '2' instead of 'To,' but everything else is great about it.

Looks like Curb is changing his image. The backwards baseball cap is his thing. Now people might confuse him with Jerrod Niemann/James Otto.
"I Drive Your Truck" will be a career changing song for Brice. Remember, you saw it here first.
