Has this been released in Australia or NZ yet? I know those were big markets for Adam for the FYE era. Just wondered what the response was to this single. It's getting radio play in NZ and did pretty good on iTunes I think don't remember the numbers. Australia was weird because the song was on iTunes but then I think some fans reported that it was pulled and that it wouldn't go to radio until May. Not sure what was going on there.

Two of NZs biggest stations TheEdge and ZMonline just added NCOE. Both DJs love the song.
The Edge @theedgenz RT @shakefield: You Glamberts will be happy @theedgenz added the new song
@zmonline is hoping to plan album listening party.
Sony Australia will be releasing NCOE to radio the same time as the album comes out. @joy949 radio station is playing it already though. They're going rogue.

I don't like this at all. Seriously, I was expecting a lot more from him.
I'm quite disappointed so far this era, I enjoyed his debut album but so far it looks like his 2nd album is going to be quite a step down.

Have you listened to the snippets or are you judging the whole album off these two singles?

That's not to say that many of the songs are not good it's just that imo the material caters more to his fan base than a mainstream audience. NCOE will be a hit but not on the scale of WDWFM.

I have heard "Trespassing" snippets and I think his 2nd albm is definiately better than his 1st one. "Trespassing" is better made, more consistent and has more catchy song like "Chokehold", "Cuckoo", "Naked Love". Just because "WDWFM" was a hit, it doesn't mean the album as a whole was better than "Trespassing" . I personaly love Chokehold just as much as I love WWFM.

I love this song and BTIKM grew on me sooooo much. His debut has 3 or 4 songs I would call great, but this album is already blowing FYE away.

I've listened to the snippets and there are a couple of songs I'm looking forward to, but overall, I prefer his debut by quite a large margin so far. That said, I haven't heard all the songs in full or been able to give the album a chance to grow on me. It's just that I expected this era to start off with a bang and it just seemed to fizzle and not even produce a pop. Hopefully that will change in the coming months.

Trespassing on the whole (based on snippets) is far better for me than FYE. Much more cohesive, less a mix of genres.
I'm not sure how he catered to fans on this one, as many think he went too pop and too catering to radio. We'll see. I know personally I already like this album much more than FYE based on snippets. Sounds more Adam, less thrown together quickly. More current, less 80s.
Except for BITKM, I'd love to know what the hell they were thinking with that.

Based on snippets and live perfeormances, I find most of Trespassing boring and generic and I liked FYE a lot more. But I am probably far from representative of the Top 40 listeners.

Can't Let You Go..followed by Sleepwalker..then everything else except the first three tracks that I skip, although I like one of WWFM unreleased remixes.

What's your favorite song on the FYE album? I'm just being curious. Can't Let You Go..followed by Sleepwalker..then everything else except the first three tracks that I skip, although I like one of WWFM unreleased remixes. The problem with FYE was while it has some good tracks, it wasn't current enough for radio. There just wasn't enough singles options. Can't Let You Go, while well sung is IMO the wrong direction for Adam for radio. It's more soft rock. Even Sleepwalker which is a great song, was ruined in the production. Trespassing seems to pick up where IIHY and Voodoo/Down The Rabbit Hole left off, my favorites You yourself even said that about FYE. pulsemusic.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=pop&thread=111570&page=20#3740078Trespassing needs to be reviewed as a Pop album. Not what he should or shouldn't be recording based on personal preference and I hope reviewers can do that. And it sounds like a pretty good pop album to me. Shady, Kickin In, Naked Love, Underneath are standouts for me. NCOE sounds fantastic on the radio. If someone wants to see Adam sing rock, there's always Queen ;)

I also agree that Trespassing sounds more current, but I am not grabbed by what I have heard so far. I hope that other people are, but personally, I don't see it. May be I'll like it better when I hear the album in full.

Can't wait to hear the whole album on Tuesday if they are streaming. Hope it streams on iTunes instead of AO so non-fans will be tempted!!
