Can we please discuss Enchanted's bridge, also known as, the greatest lyrics ever written? :'( Her masterpiece. Truly. Indeed it is. Some of my friends who don't really listen to the majority of her music was instantly hooked to Enchanted when they first heard it. The instrumental itself is flawless too!

And I merely browsed through this year's candids section. I mean, sometimes it's cute but for the most part it's just really annoying and try hard. I wish she'd just dress with a little bit of edge, that's all. She has her whole life to dress like an old lady from the 50's, she's not going to be 22 forever. Haha, yeah, she does still retain some pretty unfortunate tendency, I guess that is not easy to fix, but again, I think she's definitely improving. Besides, I don't she's dressed like an "old lady", per se, more like a chic, young suburban mom from the 60's/70's, which I think is kind of adorable. For a better example of an "old lady" emulator, you can take a look at Adele, who is only one year older than her, btw. Anyway, overall I'm just glad she seems to be furthering herself from the "Princess Beige" image. Hey, baby steps!

I'm hoping for another song as raw and real as "Last Kiss." That song was a masterpiece.

I'm hoping for another song as raw and real as "Last Kiss." That song was a masterpiece. So many people on this board love that song and I just don't get it. I just find it so boring and it was the one song during the tour that didn't work for me. I was tempted to take a pee break when it started, because I knew I had six minutes. For me it goes down as her worst album track to date.

Seriously can't wait for this. "Eyes Open" is a good song, although Nathan Chapman (and herself?) sorta dropped the ball with the production. The acoustic version was great, but they could also have gone to the other extreme, lacing the song with far more crunch and grit. As it is, it sounds frustratingly meek. I love "Eyes Open" but, yea, I get where you're coming from. I've actually taken to the Nevins Tempo Mix, it really kicks the production up. Had they released this to radio (or pushed it) I think the song would've done better.

I know, I've tried and tried to get into it, but aside from the brilliant "I don't know how to be something you miss" line, the song is a dud for me. Very rare miss for her.

The iHeartRadio Music Festival line-up is officially announced tomorrow morning, but I'm guessing this means Taylor will be headlining on one of the days:

From her Facebook: Oh hey! I'm writing you from Nashville, where I just sat in a big room with a lot of people and made a lot of decisions about a lot of things happening very soon. And as vague as that sentence was, I think you know what it means. Stuff is about to happen. And I love you more than ever. Taylor

I hope this means we get a single title and an album title in the next week, and a single release in the next three weeks.

I just went back and listened to Speak Now. Her songs are stories, they speak to people... it's amazing. I can't wait to hear more.

TaylorBy very soon, she could mean this Friday, since it's coincidentally the 13th the of the month! As we all know Taylor's 'very soon' means it will literally be a few hours or days until she announces stuff. Just look at S&S! Sorry for the fanning out, lol. I'm just really excited.

Those "My Body Is Ready" gifs don't begin to describe how much I'm anticipating this album.
Even if she doesn't debut the single for another month (which I'm expecting), I hope she gives us some producer/writer/album information "soon". Hopefully with a single cover/lyrics following shortly after.

I'm getting the vibe that this album will be solely written with other people to contrast how her last album was all her. We know she's worked with people like Mark Foster, Ed Sheeran, and Butch Walker. I'm hoping the Ed co-write (Duet maybe? She does seem to love him.) could be a single.

I wonder if this album will be her most "Pop" sounding album to date?

Her voice, her soft tone... just fits very well with songs like that. Definitely one of my absolute favorite songs from her, ever.

I've never been more ready for an era. Ever.
And I cannot wait to see how much her previous albums spike in sales when the new one is released. We all know she is the queen of longevity.

Her fourth smash era in a row is about to happen. She's such a legend in the making. She succeeds on levels that no one else comes close to and each new step in her career is more thrilling to behold than the last.
ETA: 4,000th post!!! Seems fitting :)

I hope the first single is truly something stunning. She is setting herself up for huge numbers too. I wonder if she could even sell over 2 million this year alone if everything pans out correctly and she gets huge December sales.

Jul 11 2012 7:03 AM EDT 69 Where Are Justin Bieber's Taylor Swift Collabs?Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, tells MTV News unreleased tunes 'didn't make sense' for Believe. By Jocelyn Vena (@jocelyn1212) Justin Bieber enlisted all types of artists to work with him on his latest musical endeavor, Believe. While many of those hip-hop leaning collaborations made the album, there were a number of other duets that got left on the cutting-room floor. So, what exactly happened to those tracks? MTV News got the full scoop from Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, during a recent interview Bieber shared the studio with country cutie Taylor Swift to work on a song. In fact, his lady love, Selena Gomez, even had some high praise for the never-released track. In the end, the Swift tune just didn't fit in with the final vibe of the album, Braun explained: "It didn't go on Believe, because there's another record they want to work on. So, it just didn't make sense at this time, and the song they did just didn't make sense on this album." www.mtv.com/news/articles/1689347/justin-bieber-taylor-swift-kanye-west-believe-collaborations.jhtml

Then Britney could keep the record.
