So the poll results are in. Most people seem to think that "Lights" will be my #1 song of the year.
1. Lights 2. Give Your Heart a Break 3. Blown Away 4. Wide Awake 5. Call Me Maybe 6. Some Nights/What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)
No one thought "Brokenhearted," "Starships," or "Where Have You Been" will be my #1 song of the year.
Interesting results.

80. Honestly Kelly ClarksonFavorite Line: All I see are stepford-like lives, needles and knives, beautiful liesThis song was not an imediate standout for me when I first listened to Stronger, but damn, did I pay attention to it later on. I really hate that this song is so underrated. Honestly, it's one of my favorite Kelly Clarkson songs ever. The production is out of the world amazing, her vocals are haunting, beautiful, and spine-chilling, and the lyrics are great! It became one of my most played Kelly songs when I went to her concert earlier this year. I love this song so much, and I hope you all give it a listen. 79. Haven't Had Enough Marianas TrenchFavorite Line: Don't you need it? Don't you want this at all? Alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!I'm so glad that I stumbled upon this song. I love it so much! Not only that, but it introduced me to a band that I've never heard of before. A band that I actually really, really like. The hook in this song is undeniably catchy. After one listen, I had it stuck in my head for the rest of the day. Crazy good! I also really love this guy's voice. It's scratchy and rough, but it works for him. I don't know, it's just really cool. It peaked at #12 on my chart. 78. Va Va Voom Nicki MinajFavorite Line: You got that hot shit, boy ya blessed. Let me feel up on your chest. Flexing you the man. You the man 100 grand. This song is absolutely catchy. I mean, like insanely. Why the hell did it just get lost in the shuffle like "Pound the Alarm"? GRRRRRR! Anyway, Nicki Minaj blew me away with how good her album was, and this was definitely a stand out for me. It is currently charting and still bulleted at number eight! This definitely is such a fantastic song. 77. I Am Yuo Ledear Nekci Menij/Medoner/Gags/BayonseFavorite Line: All you bitches are copies. I sell hundred of copies. Keri Hilson shaded me and now she's making me coffees.LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. There's really nothing else to say here. It peaked at #15 on my chart. 76. Skyfall AdeleFavorite Line: For this is the end, I've drowned and dreamt this moment. This is such an epic song. It starts off so strong then drops and has the slowest build up ever. Then when it gets going, it's like BAM! The instrumentation on this song is really to die for. It's so beautiful and moving in a way that most songs can never capture. Yeah, it has that classic James Bond feel to it, but I don't care. It gives the song a certain charm. The song is still charting on my chart and has so far peaked at number eight. 75. Unbroken Demi LovatoFavorite Line: Locked up tight, like I would never feel again, stuck in some kind of love prison, and threw away the key.Wow. Just wow. This is one of the best pop songs ever made. Period. f**k Hollywood Records for completely passing up the opportunity to release this huge smash after the success of "Give Your Heart a Break." The build up is amazing, the climax is orgasmic, and the instrumentation and production are out of this world spectacular. Literally perfect. Ahh! It's just so so so good! It never charted on my chart because of the early rules. 74. Love You Like a Love Song Selena Gomez & the SceneFavorite Line: And I keep hitting re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat.It took me forever to get into this song, but I'm glad I did. This is another well-crafted pop song from a Disney artist. I love the dubstep influence and the amazing electro-pop feel of the whole thing. And the hook! One of the best hooks in pop music. Its run was cut off on my chart because I did not start my chart until late January, so it only peaked at number nine, but it most likely would've gone top five, possibly even number one. 73. Free Graffiti6Favorite Line: And I can’t lie here beside you, beside you, 'cause you steal my soul when you leave.I really adore the throwback feel of this song. It sounds like it comes straight out of the 60s or 70s, but I really love that. It's so cool, and production on his voice is even cooler. I love the whole feel to it in general. It's such a great little tune, and I really wish it would have become a hit it was destined to be. It peaked at number 22 on my chart over the summer. 72. Naked Dev/Enrique IglesiasFavorite Line: Everytime I'm with you, I feel naked.I love it when two artists get together to do an actual duet and not just a little thrown in verse t oget a featured credit. This is one of those cool duets. I love how the duet tells a story of how these two lovers become intertwined with each other in such a way that they feel exposed, and it's such a cool vocal as well. Their voices mix surprisingly well and the beat is addictive. It reached number 16 on my chart. 71. Beez in the Trap Nicki Minaj/2 ChainzFavorite Line: I don't know man, f**k is on your biscuit? This is probably the most ridiculous song I've ever heard. The lyrics make little to no sense at all, and the song is completely everywhere. But you know what, it works. Perfectly. This little hip-hop/rap song turns into a pretty solid event. I love the production and how quirky it is with the drops and booms here and there and not to mention the bridge sounds like your speakers just busted. The hook is actually VERY well-defined and quite addicting. I really like this song. So much, in fact, that it peaked at number 12 on my chart. Artists 16. Avril Lavigne (1. What the Hell; 2. Goodbye; 3. Wish You Were Here) 17. fun. (1. Some Nights; 2. We Are Young)

70. Locked Out of Heaven Bruno MarsFavorite Line: Open up your gates cause I can't wait to see the lightThis is an incredibly infectious tune. Like, really! I'd definitely go on record saying that this is one of the catchiest pop songs in a long time. The hook is incredibly strong and the lyrics are undeniably relateable. Bruno can also sing like no other. All of that soul put into a little pop song like this. It's weird, but cool. This is currently at number four on my chart. 69. I Cry Flo RidaFavorite Line: Champagne buckets still got two tears in it, and I put that on my tattoo of Jimi HendrixAnother pretty catchy song here. Flo Rida has proved that he can be a popstar as he's bagged four top five pop hits in a row! That just came out of nowhere. "I Cry," like "Good Feeling," "Sugar," and "Right Round" samples a past hit. Flo's notorious for that, but he can make an old hit sound fresh. Here, he samples "Cry (Just a Little)" by the Bingo Players. A very strategically used sample. Really cool use of it! The song currently sits at number nine on my chart. 68. Too Close Alex ClareFavorite Line: I don't want to hurt you but I need to breathe. This song had a pretty insane run on my chart. Debut, skyrocket, plummet, skyrocket, plummet, move up, stagnant, fall off. I do really enjoy it, though. The production on his vocals is stellar. The instrumentation blends funks, r&b/soul, rock, and... dubstep. It's strange, but intriguing. I love that it finally became a hit. It peaked at number 14 on my chart. 67. So Good B.o.BFavorite Line: I'll be Da Vinci if you'll be my Mona Lisa. This is another song eith a lot of ups and downs on my chart. There was a point in time when I absolutely loved it. Then I got sick of it really fast. It's still not one I revisit often, but I do like it again now. It's a cute little tune about living life like you're extremely rich. Boy, don't we all wish, eh? The song managed a peak of number 12 on my personal chart. 66. Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye Luke BryanFavorite Line: Love me like you loved me when you loved me and you didn't have to try.I don't know what it is about this song, but I loved it a lot more instantly than "I Don't Want This Night to End" and "Drunk on You." That hook just got to me I guess. This is a wonderfully crafted country song, and this guy just knows how to appeal to teenagers in a way most country artists wish they could. (You know, minus Taylor Swift.) I really love the feel of this song, and it definitely showed in my chart where it peaked at number 15 and spent more time on my chart than his past two singles. 65. Looking Hot No DoubtFavorite Line: Go ahead and stare, I'm a ragamuffin. This song is the epitome of arrogance. Do you think I look hot? Yeah, I look hot. Go ahead and stare, I don't care. I'm hot! But that drum beat! Oh my God, that drum beat is to die for! This was an instant stand out on their album, and I absolutely love how sick the production on this was. It's basically what I thought No Doubt would sound like if they were to release music in today's climate. This has peaked at number seven on my chart, making it their highest peaking single. (Only three have charted since my chart is so young.) 64. Wild Ones Flo Rida/SiaFavorite Line: I am a wild one tame me now. Running with wolves, and I'm on the prowl. It took me forever to finally get into this song, but once it did I fell in love! It is a fantastic little pop song and Sia really brings a lot to this one. Her odd vocals and weird pronunciation brings a certain life to this song that no other artist could have. I also really like the lyrics on this one. Flo gets pretty descriptive when it comes to "crazy, foolish, stupid, party going wild, fist pumping music." Ha! It peaked at number 13 on my chart. 63. Guardian Alanis MorissetteFavorite Line: Such words were dishonorable and in vain. Their promise as solid as a fog.Wow, I completely forgot about this song! I really like this one and I'm glad I discovered it. The production on this is so late 90s/early 00s pop/rock/alternative and I loved that! The lyrics are also pretty damn awesome. It's a song about a mother and her child, but it can be taken as a love song if you'd rather. (I'd rather not.) I really hope that if you have yet to check this one out that you eventually do. It's superb! It peaked at number 13 on my chart. 62. I Knew You Were Trouble. Taylor SwiftFavorite Line: A new notch in your belt is all I'll ever be.Holy freaking crap, where did this come from? Just wow! Taylor Swift has grown so much since her "Tim McGraw" days. This song is definitely void of country. It's pure pop, and in fact experiments with DUBSTEP! TAYLOR SWIFT and DUBSTEP! This song is ridiculously catchy and infectious to the nth degree. Awesome. Pure awesome. It has so far peaked at number two on my chart and is a definite contender for number one come the new year. 61. Somebody That I Used to Know (DJ Mike D Remix) Gotye/KimbraFavorite Line: Now and then I think of all the time you screwed me over.Okay, sue me. The biggest song of the year took me forever to get into, and even then I still can't get into the original. Nope, this is the DJ Mike D remix. It's slightly sped up with a much sharper and aggressive drum beat. I like it. The production of the original always annoyed me for some reason. Maybe it's the childish feel of the xylophone? I don't know. This remix managed a peak of 17 on my chart. Artists 14. Flo Rida (1. Whistle; 2. Wild Ones; 3. I Cry) 15. Demi Lovato (1. Give Your Heart a Break; 2. Unbroken; 3. Hold Up)

"Locked Out Of Heaven", "Too Close", "Wild Ones", "I Knew You Were Trouble" and "Somebody That I Used To Know" are great.
"Somebody That I Used To Know" should be SO much higher.

60. Big Hoops (Bigger the Better) Nelly FurtadoFavorite Line: I don't wanna talk about sex, wanna express myself tonightIt's a weird song. Like, oddly quirky. But something about it is pure fire. That beat is epic. Amazing production. Her vocals, on the other hand, are extremely nasally. Badly. Then you get to the lyrics, and you're not even sure what the hell she's trying to say. Is the song about being yourself, wearing large ear rings, having lots of sex, not having sex, what? Oh, well. The beat is sick as hell, and more than makes up for the song's shortcomings. Especially that ending! This peaked at unlucky number seven on my chart. 59. Shake It Out Florence + the MachineFavorite Line: Regrets collect like old friends here to relive your darkest momentsI'm not a fan of Florence + the Machine, but this song... dear God, this song. It's a definite WOW type of song. Those lyrics, the production, the instrumental, her voice! It all just comes together to make on hell of a song. Then you get into that crazy video which makes you wonder if this song has a demonic underlying message, and all of a sudden, it becomes even better because of that thought. The song is a constant climb, and when it finally reaches the climax at about three minutes in, you can just sit back and listen and be taken into full bliss. The song is only one of two songs to debut inside my top ten, though this one did it because of methodology changes. It peaked at number seven. 58. Catch My Breath Kelly ClarksonFavorite Line: Keeping faith, karma comes around. This one is definitely a grower. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I've come to really love it. The proudction is super-slick. The intro is so beautiful, yet haunting, and the climactic chorus is out of this world amazing when it comes to the instrumental. The lyrics are also very good. It took me a while to fully comprehend the complexity of the story behind them, and now that I do, it only makes the song that much better. Then you have that amazing hook. C-c-c-c-c-catch! My! Breath! A wonderfully crafted pop song. That note at 2:32, and the vocals at 3:19 are why I love Kelly so much. It has so far peaked at number three on my chart. 57. I Won't Give Up Jason MrazFavorite Line: We've got a lot to learn, God knows we're worth it.It took me forever to get into this, but I'm so glad it eventually did. It's such a calming, yet beautiful, song. It starts off calm, and then slowly builds into this wonderful explosion of zest, for lack of a better word. Even in his vocals, he goes from a low octave and uses a higher register for about the last minute and a half of the song. This song gets stuck in your head like crazy too, which is hard for a song like this to do. The song only managed a peak of number 18 on my chart, but lasted for an astounding 13 weeks. 56. Push and Shove No Doubt/Busy Signal/Major LazerFavorite Line: La, la, la, la vida loca, we speeding it up like soca. Just when you think it's over, we be on another level like we doing yoga.I don't even know what to say about this song. It's so quirky, and I love it. It starts off with this half reggae, half polka-ish sound, and when the chorus comes in, it's like, POW, here's some straight up pop with a little bit of rock thrown in and how bout a slow headbang beat to top it all off! WTF? Then these random reggae raps come in, and you're just like, what the hell is this song? But, it's ridiculously catchy and pure genius. It pretty is classic No Doubt in the modern world. I love it. Love it, love it, love it. The whole oddness and quirkiness just works here. I'd go as far as to call it No Doubt's masterpiece, to be honest. (Gwen agrees, BTW. I believe she even compared it to Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody.") This peaked at number nine on my chart, and still remains on there today. 55. Glad You Came The WantedFavorite Line: Now I'll take you by the hand, hand you another drink. Drink it if you can.I don't know what it is about this song that I like, but it's infectious. I mean, it's just the same verse and chorus repeated multiple times. Not very creative. But the beat! That instrumental! Those undeniably addictive harmonies. It just makes you want to get up and dance. Then comes in the clapping, and it's like, yes! Give that beat the attention it deserves! And I don't meant to boast, but I can totally rock out to this song. Like I literally slay it whenever I sing it. I guess what I really love is the way they stress certain syllables and certain words to change up meanings and make the vocals flow beautifully with the rhythm and melody. It peaked at number seven on my chart. 54. Favorite Song Colbie Caillat/CommonFavorite Line: I wanna be your melody, flowing through your head when you think of me.Oh my God, why was this song not a huge hit?! Like, O.M.G!!!! This song is summer. It's so cool, laid back, fun, catchy, addictive, stupendous, tremendous, and just all around infectiously cute. Colbie and Common go together better than panut butter and jelly. I mean, you can really tell that they had fun together in both the recording studio and on the set of the video. Common's verses are incredibly catchy, especially for a rap randomly thrown into a contemporary song. That hook! Ahh! It still kills me that this never became a hit. So good! And again, this song is summer. Whenever I listen to it, I feel like I should just be sitting on a beach sipping an ice cold pina colada. Tra-la-la-la! This peaked at number 13 on my chart, but spent 16 weeks on. 53. Your Body Christina AguileraFavorite Line: It's true what you heard, I am a freak, I'm disturbed.Okay, it's Christina Aguilera, but don't judge it before you hear it. This is actually a pretty well-crafted piece of pop. The production is on fire. What I really love most about it is that Christina tones it down. She doesn't scream and howl outside of her range like a freaking banshee until the cliactic end, which is okay, because that ending is so great that Christina can actually get away with that. I just can't get over how ridiculously catchy this song is. That hook is pure genius. I really wish this would've been better promoted, because it deserved to be the hit that put Christina back on the scene. This has peaked at number five on my chart, but it still on. 52. You Love Me Kelly ClarksonFavorite Line: Stronghold, but fun ride, but rollercoasters are just na-na-na-not enough. And now we have reached the epitome of Kelly Clarkson. My favorite track from my favorite Clarkson album. Listen to the epicness of this song. It's so sassy, and I love sassy Kelly the best. It's so easy to get into which is pretty amazing given the fact that this song probably has the smallest range of all the Stronger tracks throughout most of it. But it becomes almost like a chant that you can't deny. Then there are these few lines where Kelly just BUSTS out with all her heart in soul. BUT I'M DROWNING IN IT! is one. So understand that it means NOTHING WHEN YOU SAY YOU LOVE ME is another. Like, damn! Love her and this song so freaking much. 51. Talk That Talk Rihanna/Jay-ZFavorite Line: We heading to the top, if you coming, come on.Enough with the "Talk That Basic Ass Talk" jokes, alright? I absolutely love this track. Rihanna goes HARD on this. When it opens with Jay-Z's verse, at first it's like, okay whatever, but you know what? Jay goes HARD on this too. His verse is probably my favorite part of the song. It just makes me want to get up and go all wigger on you guys. Then Rihanna comes in with that insanely catchy chorus, and I lose it. That beat is pure red hot fire. The production on this is sick, epic, awesome, whatever you want to call it. Unfortunately, due to the Chris Brown "Birthday Cake" incident, I went through a period where I just could not listen to Rihanna, so the song was hurt by that and only managed a peak of number seven on my chart. I have no doubts that had that not happened, it would've been a top five contender and looking at a much higher position on my year end chart. Oh well. Artists 13. Ke$ha (1. Die Young; 2. TiK ToK; 3. Dancing with Tears In My Eyes)

50. Dark Side Kelly ClarksonFavorite Line: If I show it to you now, will it make you run away? So, you all know how I feel about "Dark Side." An awful single choice, bland, etc. etc. So, why is it number fifty on my year-end chart? I can't deny that beautiful instrumental in the verses, and it's really the only reason I listened to it so much. The lyrics are great, there's no doubt about that. It's a song about telling your loved one your deepest secrets and thoughts and hoping they don't leave you for them. I just feel that this song lacks a punch. It grows and grows, but never explodes. Hmm... Oh well. This managed to get to number 17 on my chart. 49. Payphone Maroon 5/Wiz KhalifaFavorite Line: All those fairy tales are full of shit, one more fucking love song I'll be sick.I really don't get why this song was so huge. I mean, I like it, and it's a good song, but I feel it had too much success. It's very beat driven, which is part of the reason I like it. The beat is heavy and addicting. But, something about it just makes it such a generic sounding song. I do really live the second half of the chorus, though. It gets pretty kick-ass right there. I also really love the production on the bridge. Wiz's voice doesn't really fit with the song, but the instrumental going on behind him is so... calming. It's really cool and I wish the whole song had that going on. This peaked at number five on my chart. 48. Zero Gravity KerliFavorite Line: Traces of sadness, no more chain me to the ground.Kerli really changed a lot since her debut album. This is pure dance pop, a genre that wasn't present in her debut album. I really do love this song, though. Even though it is pure dance pop, it has a certain pop to it than only Kerli can bring to a song. The production on this is pure epicness. It builds and explodes in so many various parts, and then it toys with dubstep around 2:30, and just gets into my bones. It's really a challenge not to just get up and dance to this amazing tune. I really wish Kerli were more popular. She deserves to be. This peaked at number nine on my chart. 47. Do Ya Thang RihannaFavorite Line: You the shit, yeah, baby you the bomb. This track is absolutely brilliant. One of Rihanna's best songs. Period. It is really a HUGE shame that it was only a bonus track and never received the single treatment. I mean, this song is so... GOOD. The beat is undeniable, the hook is ear candy, the rhythm just flows through like water through a stream. It's just too good! It really reminds me of "Umbrella." A similar beat, similar hook, but this song basically picks up where "Umbrella" left off. Which is why it would've been absolutely huge. If you have yet to check this one out, you must do so. 46. Settle Down No DoubtFavorite Line: We're underneath the avalanche so heavy again.First off, we're cutting off the tremedously long intro and outro. Completely unnecessary and it brings nothing to the song. However, the rest of the song is awesome. It is really a shame that this never really clicked with the public because it's such a funky little song and a great return for No Doubt. I love the whole ska feel to this one and it really was such a great lead single. It's everywhere, but that works for No Doubt. The bridge is incredibly quirky and probably my favorite part of the song as a whole. It peaked at number eight on my chart. 45. Diamonds RihannaFavorite Line: At first sight I felt the energy of sun rays.I have such great memories with this song now thanks to my trip to Denver. It became basically one of two anthems from the trip. (The other one will appear higher in the list.) At first, I wasn't sure about this one. The production was spot on, but her vocals were crazy weird. Almost like she was trying to channel her inner Sia. But now, I don't even notice it. I guess I just got used to them. I love to sing along with this, and that's where the meories stem from. The bus ride home, it BLASTED on the radio and me and a few friends could not help but sing along. Shine bright like a DOYmond! Love it! When I sing it alone, I do so many amazing vocal inflictions towards the end. I ought to post it to YouTube because I just love doing it. This song has so far peaked at number two on my chart. 44. Desperate Measures Marianas TrenchFavorite Line: Gonna make a heart-throb out of me, just a bit of minor surgery.Again, I am so glad I discovered this band this year. Their music is just so cool and really fun to listen to. This song is another beat driven tune, and what I love is that it's a piano that drives its beat through the first half, and then a bass drum comes in and takes over. The lyrics are filled with a bunch of one-liners ranging from completely silly to though-provoking. It's a song about becoming famous and what fame can do to you, but it puts it in such a different perspective. Especially since it relates it back to relationships. I just really love this song. It peaked at number 16 on my chart. 43. Try P!nkFavorite Line: Why do we fall in love so easy even when it's not right?Wow. Just wow. This song is truly amazing. There's really no other word to describe it. It gets inside you and moves you and makes you feel. The climactic chorus is truly one of the best things to ever be released in pop music. Ever. And those lyrics. We can all relate to these lyrics in some way. That chorus almost makes you cry. But just because it burns doesn't meant you're gonna die. You gotta get up and try. Truer words have never been spoken. This is truly a masterpiece. One of P!nk's best. This currently sits at number two on my chart and looks to take over the number one spot as early as next week. 42. Eyes Open Taylor SwiftFavorite Line: But now we've stepped into a cruel world where everybody stands and keeps score.Another masterpiece coming in at number 42 from Taylor Swift. The other song from The Hunger Games. Taylor really hit a creative mark with this one. The song is completely breathtaking and fits so well with the best book I've ever read. The bass line is out of this world great. What I really love about this is that this has no hint of country and moves into an alternative rock direction. No one would've ever pictured that Taylor Swift would make a song like this. It's just to beautiful and moving and so... awesome. I can't help but sing along to this one. It's one for the ages. It peaked at number seven on my chart. 41. It's Time Imagine DragonsFavorite Line: The path to Heaven runs through miles of clouded hell right to the top.I really don't know what it is about this band, but they have definitely become a personal new favorite of mine. This song was of course my first listen by them, and the moment I heard it, I fell in love. The instrumental is so cool. It's got this folky feel to it, but intermixed with rock and pop in a way I've never heard before. It works. Perfectly. I also love that this song has been everywhere. Alternative radio, pop radio, Glee, Parks & Rec, dozens of commercials, Perks of Being a Wallflower, the list goes on. It's because this song is so universal. Everyone can relate to it. It's such an amazing song and I hope it smashes on pop and goes on to let them officially break out. They're on their way, that's for sure. Love, love, love them and this song. It peaked at number 12 on my chart. Artists 11. Carly Rae Jepsen 12. Karmin

You started and ended that set strongly with "Dark Side" and "It's Time." Both good choices.
I just cannot do "Payphone" anymore. I liked it at first, but I've felt such burnout for that one since.

40. Hit and Run Breathe CarolinaFavorite Line: The move's just right, make you come alive. This is another band I got into this year. Well, duo. I really enjoy this song. It's a crazy mix of pop, dance, and alternative. With a little dubstep thrown in. The production on this song is crazy good! The best part of the production is on the vocals during my favorite line. The way "come" is edited to sound is just really cool. And then it just bursts into an explosion on awesomeness. The best part of the song is easily the breakdown, though. HUGE beats, amazing bass, and just an all around amazing instrumental. Why was this not a hit again? Grr! This peaked at number four on my chart. 39. Burn It Down Linkin ParkFavorite Line: So when you fall, I'll take my turn, and fan the flames as your blazes burn.I love the feel of this one a lot. It's got this real hard rock edge to it, but it's also got a soft pop spot in there that just mixes together to make this one hell of a song. I love how it climbs into an exploding chorus. I mean, that chorus just comes along in a huge POW. There really is no better way to listen to this song than just blasting it. Amazing. Then comes this awesome rap part and it just makes the song ten times better. Such a good song! It peaked at number seven on my chart. 38. One More Night Maroon 5Favorite Line: And I'll be waking up, feeling satisfied but guilty as hell.I tolerate this one a lot more than "Payphone" now. Both I loved, but due to their odd height of success, they burnt out on me rather quickly. This one is a lot funkier and easier to love than "Payphone," and I'm glad it wound up higher than "Payphone" on my year-end countdown because it truly is the better song. (And spent nine more weeks at #1 than "Payphone" too. ;) ) The hook on this song is pretty intense and super catchy, which definitely aids it for me. I also love the bass line A LOT. It peaked at number nine on my chart. 37. Remember When (Push Rewind) Chris WallaceFavorite Line: I'm hanging by a thread, I'm tearing at the seams, holding on to what we used to be.This song. It's such a cute little tune. I really do like this song a lot. It starts off soft and grows into an exciting and fun pop song. In fact, I like to call it the male version of "Give Your Heart a Break" as its sound is very similar to it as well as the vocal rhythm. It looks like it may have the success of "Give Your Heart a Break" too. Anyway, I love how undeniably catchy this song is. It's such a joy to listen to and really fun to sing along with. And that note at about 2:53 is amazing! It peaked at number 11 on my chart. (Hm... just like GYHAB before it broke out.) 36. Domino Jessie JFavorite Line: I can taste the tension like a cloud of smoke in the air.AHHHHHH! I love, love, love, love, love, love the hell out of this song. Oh my God! It's like an orgasm everytime this comes on! Too bad part of its run was in 2011 or else this may have easily been a top ten contender for me. I'll always remember this too as my very first number one on my personal chart. :') This production on this song is blazing hot and her vocals are powerfully amazing. The bridge is so explosive. It climbs and then POW! I don't even care about the Katy Perry comparisons, this song is pure fire and you all will deal with how epic and amazing it is. Kneal before "Domino"!!!! 35. Drive By TrainFavorite Line: When you move me everything is groovy. They don't like it sue me. Either way you do me.Now to talk about a song that I can't help but sing along to. It's ridiculously catchy and such a great tune from Train. The lyrics are cheesy as hell, but that somehow works and makes the song so much better. I love the rhythm of this song so much. High note, low note, up, down, all around, it's too fun. This is definitely one of those songs that just puts a smile on my face and gets me into a good mood. Love it! It peaked at number three on my chart. 34. Blackout Breathe CarolinaFavorite Line: This won't stop till I say so. Going and going and going and going and go! GO!Oh my God, this song is amaze-balls. Another one I can't help but get up and dance to. Such a great tune. It truly deserved to be a much bigger hit than it turned out to be. The production is stellar and that hook is out of this world great. The bridge is fantastic. The climb of the vocals. And then it's like POW! Pure instrumental orgasm. It literally brings a tear to my eye eveytime that instrumental break down comes in. It's just so beautifully and wonderfully crafted. This peaked at number five, but would have been a number one hit if I had started my chart earlier. 33. Part of Me Katy PerryFavorite Line: So you can keep the diamond ring, it don't mean nothing anyway. This is definitely not my favorite Katy Perry song ever, but this is a nice little pop song. The best part is definitely the explosive and beat driven chorus. When it comes in, something takes over and makes the song almost seem like a massive pop song. It has a really good production on it, and I admire the work they put into it for that reason. It's just so fun to listen to. Especially the bridge. Sometimes less is more, and the bridge here showcases that excellently. Just a low beat and Katy. It sounds really cool. Espeically when Katy sings "don't mean nothing," because she sounds exactly like Shania Twain there. Creepy. This peaked at number four on my chart. 32. Good Time Owl City/Carly Rae JepsenFavorite Line: Doesn't matter when, it's always a good time then. Doesn't matter where, it's always a good time there.Who would've thought Owl City would have another hit? Well, the duet between Adam and newcomer Carly Rae Jepsen definitely proved a great pop hit. Their voices and styles mix so perfectly together. It's a perfect little pop song. In fact it pretty screams summer, so it was smart of them to release it during that period. I really love the bridge. The pass-off is excellent and the way Carly says "where" is one of the best moments in pop history this year. I also love the children's choir at the end. This peaked at number four on my chart. 31. I Told You So KarminFavorite Line: I was right, you was wrong. Figured I'd write it in a hip hop song.Um... this is basically the song version of cocaine. This song is completely wicked and undeniably catchy and SUPER addictive. It gets inside your head like a nasty worm and crawls around until you find yourself wanting more of this song. It sucks that it's so short. The chorus is lovely and catchy, but its the verses here that will blow your mind. Amy can RAP! Like, damn. The first two verses and fun to try to master and you feel boss when you do. Same goes for the first half of the third verse. Then she goes "animal style" and you are completely left in the dust. Busta Rhymes, you have MAJOR competition here. This peaked at number three on my chart. Artists 9. No Doubt 10. Adele
