I know, just i thought, if this song reached TOP20 very quickly, maybe American TOP40 would recognize it sooner, but yes after they put CAGI in their poll, i think it will debut next week...

Now that "yes.com" is gone, is there any other way to find out when the commercial breaks are on AT-40? "Tunegenie" doesn't show the songs played when AT-40 is aired.

I can't wait to see how high Selena debuts next week. Very nice seeing Ariana Grande making the chart at #40 and Demi for making the Top 10. :)

The commercial breaks are usually, but not always, after these songs 38, 34, 28. 24, 18, 14, 8, 6, 3.
Sometimes they play an extra first right after one of those songs and then go to a break. There are some minor variations
in some weeks.

In week 5, 22 moves 18 to 15. Got that? Two slow piano ballads in the top 2! Justin B. is back-to-back on the countdown
again, but with one different song.
Wings and Madness are both on the chart. They are also names of groups. Pink is on the chart, and Aerosmith had a song
called Pink. Cream is a song by Prince and N.P.G. and Cream was also a group. Anyone have more like these?

It doesn't matter even if a song debuted at #1 on the Mediabase chart. There would still be a two week wait before it debuted on AT40. That's just the way things are run on that show these days.

Ryan mentioned that Bruno Mars is only the second male solo artist to have #1 hits in at least 4 consecutive years. Elvis did it in the '50s and Bruno has done it in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Wow! I would have thought there would have been a few more since Elvis that would have accomplished this. But I guess not. Bruno is now in great company.

People can say what they want about Ryan, but thankfully he does occasionally share some chart facts about singers that most of his target audience wasn't even around for. :)
