Celine Dion's "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" was poised to overtake Los Del Rio's "Macarena" after their 14-week stint. But the week Macarena dropped, BLACKstreet's "No Diggity" leapfrogged Celine, making her stay at #2 for 5 weeks.

Lose My Breath - Destiny's Child
Seriously, it KILLED in Europe and seemed like a sure fire hit, have no idea why it only peaked at #3 on the Hot 100.
1,2 Step - Ciara
I mean I know Let Me Love You was huge, but this was huge too, it should have been able to squeeze one week at #1, it had great longevity and radio support (more than Goodies).

Waiting For A Girl Like You by Foreigner. They had the sales with their 4 CD at #1 and six times platinum while the single that blocked them, Physical by Olivia Newton-John, the title track of her CD, peaked at #6 and is double platinum. One gets all the sales while the other gets all the airplay.
