It's going recurrent this weekend, but it has cracked R&Rs top 50 for the year.
Even acknowledging the top five singles of 2005 9Craig Morgan/Rascal Flatts/Josh Gracin/Blake Shelton/Sugarland), this will be the first time in SEVERAL years (1996?) that Tim McGraw has NOT placed at least one song in the year-end top 10.

That might be true for r&r but in 2003 and also 2002 he didnt have a year end top 10 off of the billboard top 40 chart.

I thought this song was less than 20 weeks old?? How can it go recurrent before 20 weeks. Does anyone know the rule for going recurrent on the Mediabase chart?

The song is in its 17th chart week on Billboard, so it's immune until after week 20. But R&R takes songs recurrent at the end of their third bulletless week (disregarding weeks at #1, even if unbulleted).
