I have all her BoxScores. Her absolute lowest ticket sales in any stadium show on the MDNA Tour were still well over 30,000. That's well over half capacity, and equal to at least two full capacity arena shows. Well here's one example, first date is from 2009, second is from 2012: 7 Madonna, Paul Oakenfold Parken Stadion Copenhagen, Denmark Aug. 11, 2009 $6,709,250 48,064 / 48,064 1 / 1 $266.48, $75.19 Live Nation Global Touring 14 Madonna, Martin Solveig Parken Stadion Copenhagen, Denmark July 2, 2012 $2,980,465 29,416 / 29,416 1 / 1 $254.58, $50.92 Live Nation Global Touring/Live Nation Denmark In 2009 they sold 48k tickets in that stadium, in 2012 they sold 29k. Wasn't the stage setup that she used for her MDNA tour so much larger than any that she has used before that it was necessary for some venues to sell less tickets to accommodate that?

I've been a member of Mtribe since 2003 and they withhold information until it is absolutely confirmed. Kinda anal, but that's Tribe for ya. And they lock threads if stuff leaks.

It was bigger indeed, but doubtful it would take half of the stadium. Dates in France, Germany etc had less tickets on sale as well. I just think it's the obvious move to do arenas again, she did some in 2012. And maybe she would start in the US or Australia this time so she'd do Europe outside Summer so stadiums wouldn't be wise that time.

No they haven't. Most of the information they post never comes to fruition. Sorry but you really don't know what you're talking about. I gave you several examples but you gave me none. If MadonnaTribe says Madonna is booking arenas for her tour then it's going to be true. Fansites don't post random stuff, this is not 2001 anymore. You can read this post back when her tour dates are revealed. Excuse me. I am not going to argue with you about this over and over. There's countless times where all the fan-sites put out wrong information, like when a buzz single was suppose to be released a couple of months ago and never did. That is when I stopped reading their site. When official information is given about the tour (arenas or not) and other related subjects, I will post it here. I stated what I stated and I am going to stand by it.

I saw both Yankee Stadium shows on the MDNA Tour. As exciting as it was to see Madonna perform in front of two massive sold-out crowds, I much prefer her in an arena. It was hard to enjoy the show because even a field seat in the first section felt so far away from the stage. Plus the sound travels so far in that open space that it was hard to really hear it properly.
I then saw it again in DC a month later and later that fall at the Garden and it was so much more enjoyable indoors. I hope she sticks to all arenas again.

I think a general agreement, too, is that she oversaturated the Euro market with the S&S Tour. So when MDNA rolled around, there obviously was still great demand, but perhaps not quite as much.

Up until a month ago I wasn’t a madonna fan. But all of a sudden I have become OBSESSED. Everything she’s don’t is so inspiring and so groundbreaking. I’m embarrassingly late to the party, but at least i’m at the party now haha x Suspicius words from Sam Smith, ¿Grammy colaboration? instagram.com/samsmithworld/

Which fan site said that the album was done in August, Madonna was going on vacation and would mix the album when she returned with a September debut for the first single? floridagrl is right. Everything is just a rumor until officially announced by M, Liz, Guy, Live Nation, Interscope...

^I'm pretty sure that was NOT a fansite post, but something posted on a fan forum by a member who claims to be in the know. There have been posts like that for years now, but Rama/Tribe would never post something like that. True, it's never official when they post stuff but what they post gets verified later on. I'm surprised out of all the exclusives, it's "back to arenas" that gets doubted when it' is something almost obvious to happen, simply based on the arguments several of us have been mentioning here...

I would really like her to concentrate on the album for a little while. Maybe start the tour in the fall or early next year. I need to see her again! I've only seen her in concert once, which is downright blasphemous.
I doubt she'll ever come to Pittsburgh again though, haha. Especially with how her MDNA show went here.

She recorded some of the new songs nearly a year ago, I can't see her wait months or even a full year to perform them live. After all, focusing on the album is touring it, not random tv performances in every 3 months. In the past her tours followed albums later because she kept spending time on movie projects. She stopped trying to be an actress when her late 2003 movie projects fell through and she's been touring regularly since then.

^LOL Nah. I said that because some may not be as familiar with her work as others. And once they actually listen/watch, take everything all in, how can one not be a fan?

Re: touring - she had a smash single with "4 Minutes" for Sticky & Sweet, which she lacked for MDNA. Never underestimate the power of radio play and being a part of the contemporary music landscape, it brings in a younger audience than just the fans that showed up to MDNA.

I've really grown to like "Living for Love", if the video is artistic and beautiful I think this era could turn out a success after all.

When her popularity starts to decrease, I hope she makes a huge debut in Vegas. She could get a new venue that's built for her, along with a museum for her memorabilia.

I wish these interviews would at least talk a little about the album! How many times can they ask the same reinvention question, and even though I think some people want to know, why ask about Lourdes? I'm hopeful that MOJO interview will be more music related.

Can the era start already?! I need M on radio, awards, TV shows, etc! LFL has so much potential that I'm getting nervous about this time passing by without promo or radio adds date. ~biting fingernails~
