I don't think Pop is going to let themselves miss the opportunity with this song this time around. The song is too good.

Are they going to send this to Pop officially? I would love to see this start climbing the Charts, I hate that this is going to be staggered like Drunk In Love.

At this point I think it's pretty clear that this song won't go anywhere outside of urban and rhythmic radio. It's way too edgy and unusually structured for pop radio and your average pop listener. Not that Drunk in Love was some Top 40 magnet, but it was pretty anthemic love making song, so it had better shot at pop. Meanwhile, I've heard some rumors that her label is readying global campaign for Blow. I agree, though 'Partition' is pretty much the catchiest tune from the album. If the label really wanted this on Pop, they would be pushing it now, knowing 'DIL' is stalling & seeing how wel it did on there w/o their true support. I wouldn't be too upset if they indeed decide to push 'Blow', however I would questioned it b/c that's a risky decision, IMO.

If anything, I don't see how DIL could be very Urban for Pop and this...not. I don't think it's a given that this would even get as high here as DIL is now.

The record company pretty much dropped the ball on this whole era. Seeing stuff like this makes me wish artists just went indie.

Eh, it's not that bad. They should focus on getting as many Rhythmic and Urban hits as possible. Any CHR success would be just cherry on top.

This song is so hot at the clubs right now. I heard it at all three places I went last night and it fills the dance floor. I wish they would get this going at pop already.

I'm pretty sure he means executing a vital plan after the surprise album, w/the singles, proper promotion, things of that nature. Word of mouth can only go so far. The album is already selling under 20k a week.

And they really only dropped it once and are still paying for it, and that was not sending out DIL everywhere, because it fucked with the timing of everything. There isn't a show in the country that wouldn't invite her to promote her stuff, so the lack of promo seems to be at her behest.

We're just greedy fans that want everything to be ***flawless for her & this era. She can do A LOT of damage w/this album.

It wasn't like there wasn't sufficient public demand or interest. People stream the songs like crazy and the album sold 1.8million copies.

The era is nowhere close to being done. They are still plenty of songs that will either continue to receive unsolicited airplay on certain formats or will actually have the honor of getting promoted as an official single. Streaming or not, she is still selling (not as much like I would like) & will eventually scan 2x platinum. If the label have intentions of reaching anything higher than that, more singles will happen.

Ill believe it when I see it. Right, because your track record for chart prediction is really that impeccable.

Ill believe it when I see it. Right, because your track record for chart prediction is really that impeccable. Read the post I was responding to. Then comment. My post had nothing to do with a chart prediction. It had to do with label support. Songs dont promote themselves the label has to push them. The label has done nothing with Beys album even as it scanned 1.8 million copies with almost no record label support other than to release the record at all. Hot 100 position wise I am fairly accurate.

You went on about some nonsense about chart predictions when I was clearly talking about the record company's handling of this singles and other singles from Beys album thus far. Nothing I posted had anything to do with a chart prediction. You went off on that tangent on your own. They are legitimate criticisms. You decided to make Beyonce's thread about me personally when you didnt have a basis because the the evidence supporting my claim of record company mishandling of this record singles wise is fact as others have brought up the very same concerns.
