Was only in my truck for 20 minutes this afternoon (forgot my iPod) and heard a solid string of songs from WKIK in Southern MD.
- Vince Gill "Take Your Memory With You" - Ashton Shepherd "Takin Off This Pain" - Eric Paslay - "She Don't Love You" - Confederate Railroad "Queen of Memphis" - Josh Turner " Lay Low" - Mark Collie "Even The Man In The Moon Is Cryin"
I hardly ever listen to radio, but this station never fails. I have the App on my phone and when I'm in my office I usually turn it on.

Sorry this isn't a playlist but I just heard Chris Young's "Neon" on WYRK on my way home! :)
Edit: I just also heard Will Hoge's "Middle Of America". I thought this was done?

Edit: I just also heard Will Hoge's "Middle Of America". I thought this was done? It's still got spun 353 times last week, so it's not like it has already fallen off a cliff. WYRK played "Merry Go Round" by Kacey Musgraves during the noon hour today too. During the weekends they tend to be slightly more flexible with their playlist.

I was listening to WAXX out of Eau Claire, WI this morning. Just before 11:00 AM, they played Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats" immediately followed by (and I am not making this up) Austin Webb's "All Country On You" whose lyrics talk about the previous song.

Well, you might think I'm kidding about this, but I'm not. Apparently, they're playing songs like "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran and "Love Me Like You Do" by Ellie Goulding on KSCS in Dallas. They're also playing Counting Crows and Plain White T's on the country station in New York City.

I'm usually up at like 7 but I always forget that WYRK does this every Saturday....don't know what made me think to listen today. I agree though its a fantastic playlist. I only stopped beacuse Clay Moden said "ok coming up next we got Florida Georgia Line...." didn't want to ruin the playlist ;)

So I posted about this in the "Say You Do" thread, but I was driving up to northern Arizona today and I heard some songs on the radio that I've never heard before. The first was Dierks Bentley's "Five" from the Riser album...I stumbled on the station about 20-30 seconds after the song started and I couldn't believe I was hearing it. Then they went into Rodney Crowell's "Lovin' All Night", followed by Kathy Mattea's "Listen To The Radio" (talk about an obscure song here). I also heard Brad Paisley's "I'm Gonna Miss Her", Josh Turner's "Would You Go With Me", Alan Jackson's "Gone Country", and Lee Ann Womack's "Send It On Down". The station was KMOG 103.3 out of Payson, AZ.
Then later on a station out of the Flagstaff area (which I listened to for a long time), I heard the following songs, in no particular order:
1) Luke Bryan - "I See You" 2) Luke Bryan - "Games" 3) Keith Urban - "Kiss A Girl" 4) Keith Urban - "Somewhere In My Car" 5) Keith Urban - "Little Bit Of Everything" 6) Keith Urban f/ Eric Church - "Raise 'Em Up" 7) Lady Antebellum - "I Run To You" 8) Dierks Bentley - "Say You Do" (heard this one 2-3 times) 9) Darius Rucker - "Homegrown Honey" 10) Darius Rucker - "Wagon Wheel" 11) Darius Rucker - "Radio" 12) Little Big Town - "Pontoon" 13) Little Big Town - "Girl Crush" (heard it twice) 14) Eric Paslay - "She Don't Love You" 15) Gary Allan - "Hangover Tonight" 16) Sam Hunt - "Take Your Time" 17) Billy Currington - "Hey Girl" 18) Brad Paisley - "Crushin' It" 19) Brad Paisley - "Perfect Storm" 20) Brad Paisley - "River Bank" 21) Carrie Underwood - "Two Black Cadillacs" 22) Carrie Underwood - "Little Toy Guns" 23) Jerrod Niemann - "Drink To That All Night" 24) Kenny Chesney - "I Go Back" (heard it twice) 25) Kenny Chesney - "American Kids" 26) Kenny Chesney f/ Grace Potter - "Wild Child" 27) Chase Rice - "Ready, Set, Roll" (changed to pop station while this was playing, lol, during which time I heard T Swift's "Style") 28) Chase Rice - "Gonna Wanna Tonight" 29) Miranda Lambert - "Mama's Broken Heart" 30) Jake Owen - "What We Ain't Got" 31) Chris Young - "Lonely Eyes" 32) Old Dominion - "Break Up With Him" 33) Blake Shelton - "Neon Light" 34) Blake Shelton - "Sure Be Cool If You Did" 35) Kid Rock - "First Kiss" (woo hoo!) 36) Frankie Ballard - "Young & Crazy" 37) Ashley Monroe - "On To Something Good" 38) Brett Eldredge - "Beat Of The Music" 39) Brett Eldredge - "Mean To Me" 40) Tim McGraw - "One Of Those Nights" 41) Tim McGraw - "Diamond Rings & Old Barstools" 42) Brantley Gilbert - "Bottoms Up" (heard this one twice in a few hours...definitely changed stations briefly) 43) Brantley Gilbert - "One Hell Of An Amen" 44) Justin Moore - "Lettin' The Night Roll" 45) Justin Moore - "Point At You" 46) Thomas Rhett - "Make Me Wanna" 47) Florida Georgia Line - "Sippin' On Fire" 48) Florida Georgia Line - "Get Your Shine On" 49) Florida Georgia Line - "Stay" 50) Eli Young Band - "Turn It On" 51) Maddie & Tae - "Fly" 52) Brooks & Dunn - "It's Getting Better All The Time" 53) Jason Aldean - "Hicktown" 54) Jason Aldean - "Take A Little Ride" 55) Jason Aldean - "Just Gettin' Started" 56) Dustin Lynch - "Where It's At" 57) Jackie Lee - "She Does" 58) Randy Houser - "Like A Cowboy" 59) Chase Bryant - "Take It On Back" 60) Lee Brice - "I Don't Dance" 61) Lee Brice - "Hard To Love" 62) Lee Brice - "Drinking Class" 63) Rodney Atkins - "Eat, Sleep, Love You, Repeat" (first time hearing it on the radio, lol) 64) Toby Keith - "Beers Ago" 65) Toby Keith - "Courtesy Of The Red, White, and Blue" 66) Big & Rich - "Run Away With You" (heard this on the radio probably 4 times today) 67) Big & Rich - "Look At You" 68) Jo Dee Messina - "Bye, Bye" 69) Lonestar - "Pretty Good Day" 70) Chris Cagle - "What Kinda Gone"
I was in the car for like 7-8 hours today lol, so I just went through the list of artists I had and tried to remember all of the songs I heard. I'm sure I missed a few. I listened to a pop station for probably around 45 minutes too.

Not exactly a radio station playlist, but last night I went to a country bar and they had a...really interesting variety of music. I don't remember all of it (because, you know, drinking), but they played big hits like "Friends In Low Places", "Man! I Feel Like A Woman!", and the place even went nuts for songs like John Michael Montgomery's "Sold", Tim McGraw's "I Like It, I Love It", Gretchen Wilson's "Redneck Woman", and Big & Rich's "Save A Horse, Ride A Cowboy". They even played Big & Rich's "Fake ID" and I was surprised at how many people knew the words to that one.
I think I remember them playing "Cruise", "Drink To That All Night", and "Country Girl (Shake It For Me)", but fortunately I'd had too much to drink by the time those ones came on that I barely remember them ;) OH! And they definitely played "Somethin' Bad", that was a big hit with the crowd. That was earlier on, so I remember that one, haha.

Toby Keith: "Stays In Mexico" is just on WKLB! WATZ plays it once a week on average. And yet they shun about 90% of his catalog otherwise; they usually put his current singles on medium to high rotation (I've heard "35 MPH Town" a LOT) but as soon as that's no longer current, they drop it like a hot potato. I can't even remember the last time I heard ANY station play, say, "She Never Cried in Front of Me" or "Love Me If You Can", and "Made in America" disappeared so fast that I actually forgot how it even went for over a year.

By the tenth time I had to change the station, lol. I can honestly say I haven't heard "Mine" in a couple years on the radio.

^ Of course, the reason I don't hear recent recurrents on WATZ is because their playlist is overstuffed with newer lower-charting material (I swear they've played "It Feels Good" at least once a day for the past month), older recurrents (see "Stays in Mexico"), and random 1980s songs at the bottom of the hour ("I've Been Lookin'" by Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, anyone?), and random indie acts no one has heard of. You've seen some of the playlists I've posted of theirs...
And hey, if it means that sometimes a #1 from <10 years ago slips entirely off my radar, then I'm all for it. (Unless the #1 is one I really like. Seriously, does NOBODY play "Anything but Mine" anymore?!)
