Frank Ocean's Nostalgia-Ultra is my favorite.
Sidenote - Ariana's debut has a 81 Metacritic score! Astonishing. :o

1. Channel Orange 2. Kaleidoscope Dream 3. The Lady Killer
The first two are astounding, especially Frank's effort. Third slot was a bit of a toss-up. If Beyonce's album had delivered the songs to match the outstanding production and sound on the album, she'd have been there, but alas. I'd have put Trilogy from The Weeknd if that was the choice, but taken individually, I'd say Cee-Lo's effort is stronger. Considered Janelle as well, but I appreciate her work more than listening to it often.

I'd say it's between Bey and Frank but Orange was an experience all in itself so Ocean it is.

Ok shade @ failing to include the critically acclaimed mixtapes from Tinashe, JoJo and Jhene but including Nostalgia Ultra. I voted Beyonce, Channel Orange, Nostalgia Ultra. HMs to Love Me Back and Kaleidoscope Dream. I'm sorry if I missed an album(or a mixtape) that is acclaimed As for Frank Ocean, honestly I always forget that Nostalgia, Ultra is a mixtape. In my mind I have always treated that mixtape as an album My picks were Beyonce, Channel Orange and Kaleidoscope Dream. HM: ArchAndroid (I got some much life from this before but Miguel just grew on me during the last year too much.)
