I wish the song writers were listed with these track lists all these publications put out. Couple of people have listed writers of 2 of the tracks. I am not 100% sure but I think Love Runs is a Josh Kear/Warren Bros co-write. I listened to a demo called Love Walks Love Runs and it was being pitched to Tim. Not sure if this cut on the Album is the same song though.

I'm with sgtoddball -- I actually think the McGraw album cover is great. The track list looks really good as well. "Top Of The World" is the first Tim single in a long time that isn't really doing much for me, but I'm sure I'll love the album. His last 2 records (the first 2 with Big Machine) have both been excellent. Yep, I really love the Album Art and I don't dislike Top of the World but it's certainly not one of my favorites. I do think this Album will be balanced and solid just like all of Tim's Albums have been.

This picture is listed on one of those foreign sites that told us about George Strait's Cold Beer Conversation. I kinda doubt it is the album cover, because the album title is not on it. But you never know, it could be!

Album art for Lauren Alaina's EP coming out next month. This must be national graffiti cover month.

His last 2 records (the first 2 with Big Machine) have both been excellent. I also agree and I'm looking forward to the new McGraw album. I would imagine it's a tough balancing act these days between getting his songs spun on "Country Radio" and staying true to his sound and fans. McGraw is doing a great job if you listen to his album all the way through. Where I wasn't a huge fan of "Lookin For That Girl", I loved "Meanwhile Back At Mama's" and "Diamond Rings And Old Baratools". I believe McGraw is approaching 50 years old in the next year or so. That seems to be the age when "Country Radio" is done with an artist no matter how huge that artist is, look at Alan Jackson & Toby Keith. McGraw has really turned his image in a different positive direction and I could see him being a force on radio, and in sales, well past 50 years old, but only time will tell.

"When I Stop Dreaming" with Dolly Parton is incredible. It's like "You Can't Make Old Friends" Part II. <33

This is why I fell in love with Dolly and Country as a child. How I wish I could still hear this sound on the radio today!

Does anyone have any information on Chuck Wick's new album, Turning Point? He said it would be out September 18th with great pre-order options. I haven't heard anything about a pre-order and the release is right around the corner. Montgomery Gentry (label mates) had pre-order opportunities well before the month of the album's release. Chuck Wicks – Verified account @chuckwicksmusic @planmymistake it’s not.. Got delayed. Once again.. ???? but working on date to release. 4:03 AM - 17 Sep 2015 This was on his Twitter a few days ago. Looks like we have to wait a little longer, I'm highly anticipating this album too.

Do yourself a favor and buy his EP on iTunes…very good! Have been a fan of his for years after seeing him as an opener a few times at Joe's Bar in Chicago. I love this artist Russel Dickerson and the song XM The Highway has been spinning "Yours". Does anyone have any information on Russel Dickerson or this song? Sorry if this the wrong spot for this post, if there is a better place please let me know. Thanks.

I was expecting the October 16 date, as suggested by some foreign sites. But then I began thinking, usually European countries get US releases a little AFTER they debut here Anyway, I wonder what the first week sales will be? Since he is sort-of pulling a Beyonce with a surprise album. Just being George, I could see 35-40K easily, even without a single. Maybe more, but I doubt less. Itunes pre-order now! And the album cover is awesome, Straits face on a belt buckle, definately like it

A couple weeks, but three days notice...that's quick. It almost seems like this would have been the date if "Let It Go" had made the top 20. All George needs is his name recognition to sell albums, so it's not like this makes zero sense. I'm certainly happy. :)

Yeah.
I wonder if he won't get a bunch of love from the labels and they held off announcing the release date so it could tie all in with the Vegas "residency" news. In fact, that's exactly why they didn't announce til now.

And my mistake from above, on my phone the album cover looked like a belt buckle, but I see now on my laptop that it's like a picture frame of some sort, oh well Anybody have any projected numbers on Thomas Rhett's album this week? Nothing would make me happier than to have Strait's album outsell Rhetts. It would literally make my day. Exclusive Wal-Mart offers tend to do really well, since a lot of rural folks shop there. I remember Garth's Ulitmate Hits selling like 200K copies or something crazy like that. Granted that was 2007...but still. This could easily sell 50k +

Strait and Thomas Rhett will fight for #1. Clint Black will be lucky to crack the Top 5 (but should sell enough to hit Top 10).

September 25th?! I've had pop quizzes with more time to prepare, lol. Yup. Why not. It's been ready for a while. It might actually make it sell more (even though it's only at two places). What two places? I'm kinda confused.

Apparently it is only available through Apple Music and Wal-Mart. It is disappointing to me that it is only getting a limited release, but then again it won't be THAT hard to find because of the places they chose to limitedly release it to :)

And since he's battling TRhett I told my hubby (I will be out of town) to buy every George copy he could find.

George's Cold Beer Conversation has been the #1 selling country album on iTunes basically since shortly after it was announced yesterday. Thomas Rhett's is second.
However, if you look at the all-genre albums chart, George is sitting at #5, and Thomas is sitting at #12. That seems like a pretty significant lead to me! These numbers are based purely on digital pre-sales. I would expect Thomas to have the larger percentage of his fanbase buying digital music, so the fact that George is outselling him in the pre-sale makes me wonder if the race for #1 is not going to be as close as I had thought... I mean, they should both sell quite a few physical albums, but I imagine the vast majority of George's fanbase will be looking for the physical album, meaning the bulk of his sales haven't even started yet, while the bulk of Thomas' sales might come from the digital pre-sales.
I am of course stereotyping based on the ages of their fan bases, but I do not think it is too far from the realm of possibility.
Meanwhile, poor Clint Black is sitting at #162 on the country albums chart based on the strength of his digital pre-sales... That is simply awful!
