The 99-cent greatest-hits (and more) albums sale at Google Play is over (three weeks or so, it lasted). This week, Coldplay's latest is 99 cents, just in time for the Super Bowl Halftime Show. Bruno Mars' Unorthodox Jukebox is $1.99. Just a couple highlights. By the way- maybe the thread title should be changed to reflect not only free music, but notably discounted music, as well? ITA - the header should just be updated. (And by discounts I say limit to $2.99 or less for albums) iTunes $6.99 is not a sale to me as long as I have Amazon Prime and Spotify. :) I think GooglePlay is smart to use these deep discounts (and all those free albums - like the Playlist series) to get people on their service - streaming is what they're trying to introduce.
