Even if the tweets are deleted, the name is confirmed - it's registered on Mediabase (no audio) and Erik Bradley has it as a Hot Pick on AllAccess.
Very curious to hear this - she's somewhat hit-or-miss for me, but I absolutely loved "Heart Attack," and the Hollywood/Republic partnership in place has me hopeful they'll be pushing it heavily.

For anyone who cares, the tweet is from Sacramento's 107.9 DJ, Christopher K. He said they will be debuting it on the 1st so I presume that's when it'll go for adds?
Loved all the DEMI singels (except IRDC was a bit meh), hope this is good!

Loved her last album to death, so I'm hoping this delivers, but the title is kinda meh (much like "Made in the USA," the weakest track on Demi for me).

Hefty Hanna, good looking out, sis. Demi knows when to come back just when I was missing her. Check my last.fm plays for the past week. I've been missing Demi in my life. This better be fire. She better come right. Her voice has finally recovered from that mess it was throughout the DEMI era. I hope she can keep that going. I'm so excited. Come correct pls.

DO NOT TELL ME this song will be played every hour to make sure it debuts high... Gah... It most likely will be. Why will it? just because it is a known artist making a new song? not every new song an older artist makes is going to be good In fact I have actually hated every song that the radio decided to play every hour when it debutted(well maybe except for Want to Want Me) If this is the case, why the hell do they not do this with newer artists so the newer artists get known Examples like Jidenna, X Ambassadors, Natalie La Rose, and a few others etc

Yes but they were not played ON THE TOP OF THE HOUR on the 1st day when the song was released, thats what I hate when radio does on songs by older artists...

The On the Verge deal is a much better offering then just 1 day of play that could surmount to nothing in the end. Also why would a PD risk playing a new song from an artist that is not established in any form. Do you know the money that would have to be put behind them to get that?

Again, how many times do people need to know that Older Artists do not always make good songs
EXAMPLE, Britney Spears, she had 3 Songs the last 2 years that was played on Top of Hour for a day
Ooh La La, Work Bitch, and Pretty Girls, and guess what, all of them were HORRIBLE and they flopped
If all 3 of those songs were sang by a newer artist, they would have never made the chart
By doing this it made 3 crappy Britney Spears songs chart that didnt even deserve it because it was horrible

They would have charted without a radio deal.

They would have charted without a radio deal. Who says they would have? you never know, maybe lots of people end up hearing those kinds of songs and not end up liking it at all and not even buying it

Well what if Radio hears it too and it ends up being horrible and they do not like
They need to play songs by new artists often instead of older artists, most older artists songs are dying out and not being too good anymore, especially the Females

One of the now-deleted tweets suggested the station would be playing it all day on Wednesday, so yes, I'd expect an iHeartRadio deal. As for why they exist and only for established artists, listeners would react negatively to having a new artist immediately shoved down their throats, whereas with known artists, it's more of an event that announces that an established, already-liked (generally speaking) artist is back with new music. An On The Verge deal actually results in more airplay overall (150 plays per station over six weeks rather than one play per hour per station for the duration of the deal), but spreads it out, and it allows for the artist to hopefully build goodwill with radio audiences while airplay is guaranteed. (I'd argue that iHeartRadio should be doing more to help build a storyline for these artists and help prevent them from tanking once the deal runs out, but I guess that's their prerogative and is a separate issue anyway.)

Why has a Flo Rida or Pitbull song never had an IHeartRadio deal when they are well known established artists and their songs always take a while for it to reach billboards charts and when it does, they do mostly good

I like Flo Rida and Pitbull a lot, way better than Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Rihanna, and anyone else that has gotten an hour deal

A lot of people like Usher too, yet how come when he came back with the song "Good Kisser" it didnt have a Top of an Hour Deal? when he is well known and liked?

That's the label and artists choice. Also these deals happen on other formats as well.

Jesus Christ you are annoying as hell.
Labels pay for those hourly deals, therefore the labels are the ones who choose who they are willing to support with one. Think someone else deserves one, then either tweet at a label about it or pony up some money and pay for it yourself. Either way, knock it off with the incessant whining. You have 88 posts and every single one of them is you posted up in a former Disney chick's thread, aggravating other posters with this mind-numbingly repetitive bullshit.
