Allegedly called "Magnets", according to this picture. That said, I'm not too sure if this true or not, but if it's taken into consideration that the text is too similar from the Rolling Stone article, that picture could be the print version of the magazine.

Disclosure revealed some details about their collaboration with Lorde and Guy said the following to Spin about it: "I'm really excited for her fan base to hear it as well as ours because it's a really big collab, not just like in terms of her singing on a Disclosure tune but the whole thing is a collab, from the drum sounds to the chords. She was involved with every aspect of the song as opposed to just doing the lyrics and melodies and then leaving the rest to us. It was like someone challenging us, someone saying, 'We can get that extra ten percent'. We totally did. "Magnets" was a really nicely written song. The best thing about it is its simplicity. It's just a load of tribal drums. It's the shortest song we've ever made as Disclosure as well."

Sounds like it would have kicked in more doors for the era than "Omen" for sure. Hopefully it can still be a hit- the potential is there but the hype seems gone.

The upcoming release schedule from Noise11 is reporting that the track will be out tomorrow (September 18). If it's considered that it's not available yet in Europe and Oceania because of time zones, I guess that it could receive its first play on BBC Radio 1 tomorrow since most of the tracks from Caracal have premiered there and then, it will released. However, there's a chance that it may not happen tomorrow and it could be throughout the week before the album comes out because Noise11 also reported that "Jaded" was going to be out on September 4 and it was released on September 15. Here's a preview...on Vocaroo. I'm not too sure about this, but apparently it was uploaded somewhere when it wasn't supposed to, so someone uploaded on Vocaroo to keep the preview, although it's gone now.

The preview on the album mix makes me think of a cleaner Omen.

There's a shot of Lorde (around the 0:40 min. mark) in the Caracal album trailer uploaded on Disclosure's YouTube channel, which you could watch here. If this is a hint, this may be released as the fourth overall single (and most likely the second US single because I doubt they will push "Jaded" in the States) from the album. Also, they shot four music videos, entitled as the Caracal video series, and three of them have already been unveiled.

Excited! Despite there isn't any mention where it will be, I guess it could be on Phil Taggart's (in replacement of Huw Stephen) BBC Radio 1 show because it's written on the description of the programme that there will be 'an album time with Disclosure'. That said, if this is indeed true, it begins at 10:02pm GMT / 4:02pm EST.

Well... Looks like I was wrong because the track will be premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show.
Anyway, that's an interesting move because all the songs from Caracal that received its first play were on BBC Radio 1.

As previously mentioned, the track received its first play on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show today and it will be available as an instant grat from midnight.

Not as boring as I thought it would be from the snippet. Could use a bit of a tempo boost and a stronger chorus but the pre-chorus makes up for it.

Disclosure has confirmed that they made a video for the track, so I assume they will push this as a single. Oh! And it has been delivered to Australian radios this week.

After watching the video, I assume that this isn't the last of the four-part short film Disclosure made to promote Caracal, which was directed by Ryan Hope, although there is a connection (with the aforementioned) with the helicopters that are shown in the first scene.
Anyway, as a side note, I think that the reason why this wasn't the lead single from Caracal is because Disclosure already planned this era before they made this song with Lorde. As far as I remember, they also mentioned that "Magnets" was one of the last tracks to be included on the album when it was almost done. Therefore, it wasn't included on the series of videos, but they decided to make one, which was a great idea because they could (and they must) push this as a single. I mean, it would be a waste if Disclosure and/or their label leave this as a promotional track only.

I like the song! And the video. Only thing I wonder is, how old is that guy? Isn't Lorde 17/18? Anyway. I love the singing scenes from 0:30!

I was wondering the exact same thing about Lorde maybe 18 and this guy looks at least 30s! Anyway, I love this song and love the video and Lorde is the most sophisticated mature teenager I have seen in ages and she is a bit vampy in this video!

Had no idea this was a thing but saw the video in a thread on Chart News. Very unexpected from her but I like it, much more memorable than Omen.
And yes, that guy is rather old for Lorde. She'll be 19 later this year and he looked 20 years older--maybe it's a play on the rumors that she's not just an "old soul", but lied about her age and was around for the 1990s as a teenager. Maybe that's her old leftover Neo Halloween costume she's wearing at the end... :)
