I did this rankdown in like April, so I don't remember every song well enough to make a bunch of predictions, but I think "Outbound Plane" could be a strong contender for #1! "Aces" and "Hey Cinderella" should easily make a bid for the top 5 too. I'll have to listen along as songs are revealed to see if I agree with their placements :) Lol. I definitely didn't outright dislike anything in this rankdown though, so I'm not sure what to hope for for last place!

What song will be #1? Maybe Outbound Plane? Seems to be her most well-written song anyway.
What songs will make up the Top 5? Her greatest hits like Hey Cinderella, Letting Go, Just Like The Weather, Souvenirs
What song will be #35? Love Is Blind
What songs will make up the Bottom 5? Some of collabs like Love Is Blind and Hopelessly Yours, In Heaven, Sing Me Back Home, Red River Valley
Any other thoughts or comments? Some of her albums, for example, Somewhere Between and Aces are now in my to-listen list.

What song will be #1? Her handful of big hits all feel like they have about the same size of impact so idk, I'll guess "Hey Cinderella"What songs will make up the Top 5? Probably all the bigger singles: Hey Cinderella, Outbound Plane, Aces, Letting Go, Just Like the WeatherWhat song will be #35? One of those duets. "Sorry Seems to Be" preferably. What songs will make up the Bottom 5? At least 2 or 3 of the duets. I could see "Cupid Shot Us Both" down there. Maybe "Sing Me Back Home" as well.Any other thoughts or comments? Lowkey lol'ing that sabre14 never did this one when this was the first reply in the thread: Suzy was really underrated in the 90's. Definitely will do this before the May deadline.

Phew you didn't start without me! What song will be #1? "Drive South" or "Outbound Plane" What songs will make up the Top 5? "Drive South", "Outbound Plane", "Hey Cinderella" and “Aces” with the final top 5 song coming down to "Just Like the Weather", "Someday Soon", or "Letting Go" What song will be #35? So hard to predict because not one of her songs is worthy of being distinguished as last place but since I have to make a prediction I'll guess either "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word" or "Red River Valley" What songs will make up the Bottom 5? "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word", "Red River Valley", "Cupid Shot Us Both", "Love Is Blind", and "My Sweet Love Ain't Around" or "Hopelessly Yours" Any other thoughts or comments? I really do wish we could've gotten a couple more participants for this especially from anyone that had expressed interest earlier ( sabre14 !), but speaking for myself I absolutely loved revisiting Suzy's discography and also discovering some songs that I hadn't heard before. There really isn't anything here that I dislike and that's just a testament to how great her material is and how under-appreciated she is here on Pulse!

Not at all surprised to see “Red River Valley” out first and one that I had picked as likely to leave within the bottom 5. While I do like Suzy’s version I’m partial to George Strait’s recording of this song he did for the The Horse Whisperer movie.

there is the bottom 2. I enjoy both and wish "Love Is Blind" lasted a little bit longer but honestly I'm okay with it as well because she doesn't have any bad songs. There are only 10 songs I would be upset to see be low and neither of these are among those 10!
I'll be back on tomorrow night to try and post 5 more reveals! Any guesses as to what could be leaving next?

Suzy sounds as good as ever on “Love Is Blind” and while her and T. Graham’s voices blend well together there just isn’t much about this song that is all that memorable or makes a lasting impression on me, so therefore I ended up placing this down near the bottom of my list.
As for what might leave next I think the Lee Greenwood duet “Hopelessly Yours” and Ray Benson duet “Cupid Shot Us Both With an Arrow” are likely to exit next along with the final single from her debut album, “My Sweet Love Ain’t Around”, being a contender. And while I’d like to see the Chet Atkins collaboration “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word” escape the bottom five I don’t think it will.

"Red River Valley" is definitely not something I would've pegged as a last-place contender at all. That one surprised me. I also didn't expect to be (tied for) the highest rank for it, either. I loved the use of the harmonica in the song, but overall it underwhelmed me a bit. That said, it still was much better than almost all of those duets imo.

And there’s the two duets that I thought would’ve been out in the bottom 5. Lee Greenwood is never someone I figured Pulse would be excited to hear in a rankdown so I just automatically assumed “Hopelessly Yours” wouldn’t see much support…and if I’m being honest I’m not really sure I have much recollection of the song. “Cupid Shot Us Both” is a song I remember, however, because I had bought the album Swing out of anticipation in knowing that it was produced by Asleep at the Wheel’s Ray Benson who I happen to be a big fan of. Overall I can’t say the album left much of an impression, though, but it was fun getting to revisit this song again.

f**king finally. This was dreadful. I was sad to see their superior duet go out in the previous reveal knowing this one was still lingering, but at least it went right behind it.
ETA: This post was about "Sorry Seems to Be the Worst Song"
