No, it had 19 weeks on.
The chart run for "12:51":
47-39-27-25-25-21-21-18-15-15-15-16-17-18-21-34-37-44-50

Why is this song listed as a recurrent? DuckHead's right that this only reached 19 weeks.

It's a great song! I love it! It should have held on like 'Seven Nation Army' did.

I hope Reptilia returns them to the top ten, where they've belonged ever since "Last Nite". Unfortunately, it likely won't.

Why is this song listed as a recurrent? DuckHead's right that this only reached 19 weeks. Well songs should be moved to recurrent (or as I suggested in another topic, a section for "recurrents that didn't go recurrent") eventually regardless of how many weeks on chart they had. It's been way more than 20 weeks since it debuted and I'm happy they moved the song to recurrent for a change. If a song does not go recurrent and spends a year in the current section, do the radio stations consider it a current at that time? Jagged Edge: "Let's Get Married" got moved to recurrent on CHR-Pop without charting.
