That sounds... boring. But the production seems like it fits the overall vibe of Fearless, so it's cool. I was sort of worried that Aaron was gonna turn these from the vault songs into more folklore stuff.

It reminds me a lot of the Platinum Edition tracks (“Jump Then Fall” and “SuperStar” especially), seems like it would fit right in there. I like it, this has me excited for the rest of the From the Vault tracks!

I actually kinda like it. Sounds like a less strong Fearless cut. What I don’t understand is having Maren as a featured artist. If I didn’t see that she’s featured beforehand, I would have literally never noticed. Should’ve given her some solo lines.

This may grow on me, but I didn't love it on first listen. Like others in the thread have said, it felt very bland and forgettable. I generally don't mind Taylor's slower ballads (I loved "Willow" so much), but this was just kind of boring.

It's fine-ish. Not as boring as the snippet made me believe, but it's clear why this didn't make the cut on the original or even the Platinum edition.

It's still a good business decision to drop new tracks on these editions, no matter how boring or uneventful, it makes it that much more desirable for fans and collectors.

Ah I see why this was cut. It's pretty dull and honestly Taylor sounds pretty shaky in it for some reason. I really hope we get a better collab between these two in the future, though.

No, no, no!!! Her debut may not be for you, but Fearless and especially Speak Now are incredible albums. This song does not showcase either one at all.

Fearless and Speak Now are just a couple clicks away... like, maybe the entire thing is not for everyone but I think there's at least a handful of tracks in each album that everyone who likes Taylor will probably love.
