This is a bop! The intro is so catchy plus Cardiβs animated verse fit the song perfectly. Love the Hercules + Muses style video, too!

The first verse had me a little worried but once the pre-chorus kicked in I knew it was going to be a bop, and it was! agreed. the first verse is a little rough but also I feel like that's just her warming up for the era and addressing shit from the past year. I like this. Cardi definitely elevated this one (unlike "Wild Side," which had me worried for her performance here). |

Wow! Wow! Wow! That pre-chorus into the chorus is a beast! I need more of Cardi on stuff like this too. Get her ass in the studio with Ricky Reed for another track because itβs a nice pocket and she brought life to the song.

I love the lyrics and melody but I'm not super crazy about the instrumental yet. Maybe it will grow on me though. The video is definitely cute.

Just saw the video and wow what a visual
It seems like any music video involving Cardi has been fire this year between Up, Wild Side, and now this.
It gave me some Hercules vibes and the looks were iconic alongside the animation and effects.

Am I the only one that thinks a lot of parts of this song sounds like βGood As Hellβ? Kinda disappointed that Lizzo went back in this direction bc I felt like βTruth Hurtsβ was way more progressive than GAH and this spawn.
