Yay my top 9 is still in especially my 2 and 3 and 9 which I expect them all to be out very soon, doubt they make the top 10. But I also have my 43, 46, and 48 still in too which I also hope miss the top 10.

Really expected Kat McPhee to be in the top 20 here. Robbed! Just like on Idol.

30. Daniel Powter - "Bad Day" (545 Points): Ugh noo,not another Top 10 song of mine being out of the game. :'( This was my #8, so my highest rank revealed now. I knew this song would be polarizing but I do really love this and think it's a really nice and catchy song. I am not really surprised seeing this having the 2nd highest SD. But yay for this having 6 Top 10 rankings, at least. And like SHOOTER said, I can't recall hearing any other songs from him either. 29. Ashley Parker Angel - "Let U Go" (550 Points): Interesting how we go from the 2nd highest SD to the 2nd lowest SD song here. And also nice how this is the first song with no Bottom 10 rankings. I placed this at #32. I liked it well enough though this was never really a favorite of mine. But it's a fun pop/rock song. 28. Trina feat. Kelly Rowland - "Here We Go" (565 Points): Ooh hmmm I thought I ranked this higher than #14, but oops. This is a really nice song from Trina & Kelly. Such a great collabo and I enjoy what they both bring to the song. It's odd seeing Trina on this list as I know she's had so many more hits throughout her career. I'm surprised she hasn't had more crossover hits like this one. 27. Mario Vazquez - "Gallery" (572 Points): Ughh dangg, not another Top 10 song of mine showing up.... yet none of my Bottom 5 songs have shown up nor any Bottom 10s either, ughh. Now this is my highest rank revealed, my #7. But ahh this was a great debut single from Mario Vazquez. I really loved this song and think it's such a great, fun and catchy song. I wish Mario could have done more with his career as he had so much potential. Pleased to see 4 Top 10 rankings for this, though more would have been great. 26. The Click Five - "Just the Girl" (582 Points): Aww sad to see this show up as I really liked this song and liked it enough to rank it at #17. This is a fun, catchy pop/rock song. I also thought this would have ranked higher. 25. Purple Ribbon All-Stars - "Kryptonite (I'm On It)" (592 Points): Oh lmao I completely forgot about this song on here. I wasn't familiar with this when listening to this and I guess with my #43 ranking, it didn't do too much for me? I'm shocked seeing a hip-hop song making it this far and disappointed that this beat out a lot (if not all) of my favorite hip-hop songs on here.. This could grow on me with more likes but yeah still surprised this got so high. 24. Aqualung - "Brighter Than Sunshine" (603 Points): Okay nicee that my #44 shows up. Okay now that's two of my Bottom 10 songs showing up. Hoping more to come. This song was nice but didn't stand out to me and was just alright. It didn't do too much for me. 23. Wolfmother - "Woman" (614 Points): Oooh yesss, the first of my Bottom 5 songs to show up is my #50. I don't really remember how this one goes but it was clearly a song I didn't like or care for. So I'm glad to see it finally show up as this was my least favorite here. Also yayy for .indulgecountry on also ranking this last. Not surprised this song is so polarizing to have the 7th highest SD. 22. She Wants Revenge - "Tear You Apart" (616 Points): Oooh nicee yayy my 2nd Bottom 5 song showing up, this time my #46. Finally my lower ranks are showing up. This was another song I didn't really care for. 21. Katharine McPhee - "Over It" (618 Points): OMGG Ugh the David Foster gif totally makes sense that Katharine would be showing up. Ugh nooo, I was doing SO good with the last 4 reveals here. :'( But gahh noow I'm sad that my #3 showed up here. This was a great first single from Katharine. It's a nice easygoing pop single and I love the sound of it and how she sounds on it. I wish she could have had as big of a music career as Kelly & Carrie, as the potential was there, but rat least she still has a pretty good career with acting, theater, music and many things. Her first album is such pop greatness. <3 Oh and ugh so disappointing this missed the Top 20 by 4 points. :( And oooh yess love that "Open Toes" was the video posted... that song will forever be a bop. Remaining spots: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 13, 15 24, 26, 27, 29 31, 33, 34, 37, 40 42, 47, 48, 49 LMAO not me having 3 of my Bottom 4 still remaining.

This one grew on me quite a bit. It's another brag-rap song, but somehow the production and flow make it kinda addicting. Definitely a major guilty pleasure from that time period. Glad it made the top half.

Hey Rich Boy is the only other guy from Mobile besides Yung Bleu and Walker Hayes to have a top 40 Hot 100 hit! And with an actually good song
(Jimmy Buffett doesn't REALLY count, he's from Pascagoula)

This one was okay. I could have probably ranked it a bit higher. I didn't really remember how it went, to be honest.

Here in Your Arms sounds more like an ironic hyperpop song referencing 2000s culture more than a straightforward pop song actually from the time period. I'm not sure if that qualifies it as "ahead of its time", but that quality had let it hold up a lot better than it would otherwise.
