Finally crosssing over from Canada charts. I've been charting them since "Absolutely Nothing", so I say it's a bout time.

Up to 10 stations playing and up 35 spins at Alternative I’m thinking this has been serviced to Alternative (via their new US label, AWAL) and not by using the soon-to-be-dead Cool New Music at AllAccess. New reality approaching fast.

the lyrics aren't great (even if i appreciate the bisexuality line) but i like this overall, the vocals sound very chastity belt. if this does well on aaa i could easily see it crossing to alt

I suppose the lyrics are tongue-in-cheek, so I appreciate the song's tone for that, if it is what it's going for, but my feelings are a little mixed on the sound, and that's pretty much due to me being introduced to Beach Bunny first before these guys, who I feel sound very similar to them in terms of sound.

I was going to make a joke that these guys and Beach Weather should go on tour together, but it turns out they actually are! I live near Toronto and need tickets ASAP.

Heard this like 15 times while driving through LA last week, kind of a banger imo.

I'm not the biggest fan of the message of this song, even in a tongue-in-cheek tone, personally. However I still have come to love this song, in spite of not loving the message.

Looks like it has peaked at #21 (down 151 spins) Not done yet, a lot of songs were affected by holiday programming That's what I was hoping but it's down more than many of the other songs in the top 25 but I guess we'll see

Not done yet, a lot of songs were affected by holiday programming That's what I was hoping but it's down more than many of the other songs in the top 25 but I guess we'll see Probably because Audacy is backing this one and I think they're doing holiday programming, which affects this more. AJR seems to be in a similar position.

Yeah, they’re not going to let Yes, I’m a Mess tank, either, lol it’s doing too well on Pop for them to let it sink.
Blame Brett has a good shot at Top 10 still

Yeah, they’re not going to let Yes, I’m a Mess tank, either, lol it’s doing too well on Pop for them to let it sink. Blame Brett has a good shot at Top 10 still I stand corrected. Also, XM is playing "Edge of the Earth" and it's now in the Alt 18, also, they've been promoting it heavily on TikTok... There's a good chance this will be the next single from "Blame My Ex" (Canada sent "What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Paranoid" as the follow up to "Blame Brett" but I feel like this is perfect timing, EOTE will emerge as "Blame Brett" starts to drop off the US Alt charts and as "Paranoid" drops off the Can Alt charts, Edge of The Earth has potential to be as big as Blame Brett IMO)
