It was the post below specifically I was referring to. Yes, peaked at #8, but currently #12 (don't know what it averaged most of the time though). The user also didn't provide a source or specify what total #8/#12 is out of, nor provided any qualifiers to these rankings (I myself can't really find data on callout scores these days). Where are you seeing those numbers are "ok to good"?
