Thought I saw earlier today the proper impact date on JBE, but regardless...it's interesting to see how Jade has mellowed out in her music (especially her singing). Not that it's a bad thing necessarily, as it's arguably my favorite new song of the weekend, so far (...maybe by default...even including the new Brittany Howard dance track).

106 spins to be #50 on AAA... who woulda thought a few years ago.

The bullet is already down to single digits.
47 48 JADE BIRD Burn The Hard Drive 133 131 2 0.192
I know it's still early, but I am worried she has the same trajectory as Joseph. Big first era, underperforming second era with a somewhat decently successful lead single, and then, a flop third era. I don't expect this to do as badly as Nervous System because she will have more non-commercial support, but I'm kinda worried now.

Itβs a good song, probably among my favourites from her, but not as striking as some of her previous ones. I think sheβs dropping another song soon. Iβd like to see her get a hit with this album.

No adds since the last post. And it has yet to be added by Lightning 100, which puts this at a disadvantage as most songs on the chart get a boost by them. (They have played older songs by her before) This is now indeed in danger.
