I low-key suspect this will be their "Smooth Criminal". First single released to lukewarm reception, they cover a song from twenty years ago and show some personality, and they're suddenly going to have a hit on their hands.

I probably would’ve hated this blatant act of opportunism 20 years ago and I could now too, if I wanted to. But I don’t wanna. I love this. (I dug “Sofa King”, too. Nothing else really like it on the charts)
Plus, who wrote this song? Gregg Alexander, from the freaking New Radicals! That’s so cool. He may be a one hit wonder, but he’s definitely not a one-royalty wonder.
