Please don't lump us all in the same category. Not all of us are crazy "OMG" fangirls.
I think it's awesome that the writers picked up their nominations for JTTW after losing to "Believe" at the CMAs. I love Hillary's songwriting. She also had a number one for Martina McBride a few years ago.

Congrats Carrie on BNA nomination! and vocal country for a female! She's up against some stiff competition in both categories but then again so was Kelly last year so perhaps she'll pull it off too! I'd love to see it happen for her that's for sure!

the Chicks are so winning something in the general fields, I am thinking Record and song since their only real competition is James Blunt there.

I think Justin has a chance with Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, but not in the other categories.

this is probably the most commercial Grammy's i've ever seen... altought there a lot of things i like, i don't think most of them are Grammy-worthy (Justin, Bey, Corinne...), but still, i don't think we had many "Grammy-worhty" releases this year
i'm kinda sad cuz i think Nelly was really snubbed, she really deserved best Pop album and KT deserved best new artist - Mariah should also get some for FLAB, but whateva, she wouldn't win anyway lol
so, i just hope one thing this year - that many artists win awards, and not all of them go to the same...

BNA - NO KT TUNSTALL?! ARE YOU KIDDING????? That's utter crap! I can think of a couple that were nominated in that category that don't even come close to her, talent wise. Ridiculous! I guess I should be happy she got one nom, but she really deserved two, minimum.
