You always make it sound like I hate "Leaving 99." I never said that, I just didn't find anything compelling about it really.

Sorry about that. I just remember what you said in a chat last year.
You must not like "Insatiable" by Darren Hayes, as you made a joke when you saw that was my number one song of 2002.
But seriously, saying that you hate "Leaving 99" is just like saying that I hate "Blessed Be Your Name" by Tree63. I don't; I just wasn't very impressed by the song (and hardly think it was worthy of spending 37 weeks on the 20: Countdown chart), and it never made my Personal Top 30.
So let the record show: Jeffster 2005 does NOT hate "Leaving 99" by Audio Adrenaline. Neither do I, obviously, because it was my top song of 2004.

I knew that two of your top songs of the year were Letters From War and Leaving 99. You talked about those two songs a lot. Plus, on your chart, Leaving 99 spent a long time at #2 and fell off only in the last 3 months I think. So, when Letters of War was #3 and then you put the clue for #2 and it wasn't a CS song, I knew Leaving 99 was #1. :) Yeah, I guess I did talk about those two songs a lot. Come to think of it, I might make a supplement to my year-end chart "The Top 30 Christian Songs of 2004". Or maybe I'll make a full Top 40 and just pick out the songs that just barely missed my year-end chart.

You must not like "Insatiable" by Darren Hayes, as you made a joke when you saw that was my number one song of 2002. Leaving 99 is ten times better than Insatiable. Leaving 99 I just found boring, but Insatiable is stomach-turning. I agree with you about "Blessed...", I think it was Tree63's least interesting song to date. Thank you. ;) For the list of songs I actually DO hate, consult the topic "Jeffster's Worst of 2004."

In retrospect, "Insatiable", though a good song IMO, wasn't really worthy of the top spot on my year-end chart. It's just that 2002 was not a very good year. Not quite as good as 2001 (the first half).
