Right on 83 (the reference to a "Manic Monday" was supposed to help you here), but wrong on 87. That song never made my countdown of favorite songs (it is on a list of worst songs, however). You're almost there though....

All of those guesses are correct except #87, but you got the right artist!!! :)
I'm surprised no one has taken another guess on #85 yet. What do I have to do - change the world or something? ;)
And #84 folks - come on now. That clue needs a guess. It doesn't want to be lonely no more. ;)

#85 is still wrong. The "change the world" comment is the title of a former big hit for this artist.

85. "Revolution," Eric Clapton (?) PS. If this is the right answer, I'm going to kill myself for not getting it the first time around, since our choir is actually singing "Change the World" as our ballad...

The song is the only one from his latest album to chart on AC radio, and it did so late last year.

85. Eric Clapton- "Say What You Will" YES! 80) The name of this artist makes it seem like one handsome person, but it isn't. This was the group's second and biggest hit on pop radio. Pretty Ricky - Your Body79) Third and final single for this 2005 comeback group. It went top 10 on my chart, but scraped the top 40 on pop radio. Backstreet Boys - Crawling Back To You78) Another 2005 comeback artist. This was the artist's fourth single, however, and was a quick riser/faller on most of the charts, including mine. Mariah Carey - Don't Forget About Us77) A holdover from 2005, this song had non-consecutive weeks at #1 on the pop chart, unlike the artist's previous #1 singles. Kelly Clarkson - Because of You76) CS: This group used almost every word imagineable to rhyme with the title of the song. Heck, they should have used one from the last sentence! :) ZOEGirl - Unchangeable75) Rap rocker meets unknown Dido-like vocal artist is this song that challeneged for the #1 spot on pop radio, but only the top 20 for my chart. Fort Minor f/ Holluy Brook & Jonah Matranga - Where'd You Go?74) Many people believe the reason that this song did so poorly for this band is that their core format rejected them after a massive crossover hit and that pop radio just couldn't get into this new hit. Hoobastank - If I Were You73) Yes, racial profiling still exists. Chamillionaire f/ Krayzie Bone - Ridin'72) This song goes on the list with others like "Hey Ya" - a huge pop song that I despised at first, but after hearing it 100 times on radio, I finally warmed up to it. Justin Timberlake f/ Timbaland - Sexyback71) I wonder if this artist uses the SI system (like they do where he is from) or the English system (like here in the US) to assess it. Sean Paul - TemperatureGood luck!

All guesses were right except for #72. Crazy is coming up later in the countdown.
Here's a couple of hints to help out more:
76) Another guessing game enthusiast (ahem... ulij20...) always uses the same clue for this group - something to do with alphabetical order.
74) The beginning of this song sounds like it comes out of a musical box or some other toy instrument.
72) I have one question for the artist - where did it go?
71) I have a feeling the artist is not actually measuring the average kinetic energy of molecules in this song.

All of those are right except for #72 (since #75 is Fort Minor ). One more hint for #72 - the artist was already featured on the countdown.

Onto the next round!
70) People were a little surprised that this artist released back-to-back ballads. But he did, and unfortunately, this second single didn't muster up as well as his first one. Nick Lachey - I Can't Hate You Anymore
69) This will probably be how you feel after eating a bucket of fried chicken, a plate of mashed potatoes, a hot fudge sundae, and lots of soda. Ne-Yo - So Sick
68) The title of this song is almost similar to a song by a popular Gospel and Urban AC duo. The only difference - the Gospel song repeats the word three times, not twice as in this song. Fall Out Boy - Dance, Dance
67) This artist started out on Christian radio but quickly signed a deal with a mainstream label and undeniably rehashed his debut album for a mainstream release. This was his first mainstream single. Mat Kearney - Nothing Left To Lose
66) Second song on the countdown for this new alternative band who now has a brand new single racing up the pop and alternative rock charts. This was their debut single, which contains a line that may make you think of Mediabase charts. Fall Out Boy - Sugar, We're Goin' Down
65) The first single off the junior album for this instant AC favorite. Josh Groban - You Are Loved (Don't Give Up)
64) CS: This is admittedly a hard one to guess. The band is out of San Diego and has been on the music scene since 2003. The song is from their first EP called Composure, which came out in 2005. The title of the song is similar to a #1 pop song in 2003 that reached the top bulletless. Waking Ashland - I Am For You
63) CS: New Christian pop singer on the scene. The song inspires one to reach beyond this (the title) and have God's voice and teachings shine through. Jessie Daniels - The Noise
62) When I first saw the title of this latest release from a 90s alternative band, I didn't know if it was a city. But, of course it wasn't - it was the name of someone! Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dani California
61) Emo band that tried crossing over earlier in the year with a first release, but then when this song was released in the late spring/early summer, it vaulted into the top 10 on pop and even challenged for the #1 spot. Panic! At The Disco - I Write Sins Not Tragedies

All the guesses made are correct except for #70.
Here are a couple of additional clues for the remaining songs.
70) The song's title is a resolution made by the singer - he is over the relationship.
65) The song is currently charting on the AC chart.
