In the music industry right now, is there some kind of artist that's lacking? I mean like someone singing particular type songs or having a particular style that isn't happening now or being successful, what would you like to see right now being mainstream?

Yes. Britney Spears the artist, not Britney papparazzi victim.
That and more pop acts that actually sing pop.

Four of these things belong together Four of these things are kind of the same Can you guess which one of these doesn't belong here? Now it's time to play our game (time to play our game).

I think pop needs something risky, a la Gnarls Barkley. Before this, I can't think of anything really all that risky and new besides maybe Matisyahu.

There needs to be less emphasis on making quick money and more time spend working with artists. It's just boring to see some hot new act come out with a catchy song or two only to know from the get-go that their second album will flop because everyone has moved on to the next hot new act.
