I do not know about you all, but I absolutely love Diane Warren. For almost 20yrs. now, she has been writing hit after hit. During the mid nineties and the early part of the new millenium almost NO singer released an album without a Diane Warren song on it. She has written chart toppers for R&B, Country and Rock acts, thus making her one of the most prolific songwriters ever.
My top 10 Diane Warren Hits. #10- "Too Gone, Too Long" by En Vouge #09- "Lately I" by Faith Evans #08- "I Need You" by LeAnn Rimes #07- "Love Will Lead You Back" by Taylor Dayne #06- "Could I Have This Kiss Forever" Whitney Houston and Enrique Igleseas #05- "I'm Still Breathing" Toni Braxton #04- "Show Me The Way Back to Your Heart" by Brian McKnight #03- "How Do I Live" by LeAnn Rimes (THE DEFINITIVE VERSION) #02- "Because You Loved Me" by Celine Dion
#01- "Inside" by Monica

I would type their names if I knew them. Someone should give the real "Rob and Fab" credit.

10 favorite? That's impossible.
But I could post my least favorite.

I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing is definitely my favorite! I also like Can't Fight The Moonlight, How Do I Live, and Sweetest Sin.

Awesome topic.....you know, I love almost every song Diane Warren has written…you wouldn't expect I have a definite Top 10....but I do! These are also my favorite songs of all-time too. :)
10 I’ll Never Get Over You (Getting Over Me)-Expose 9 Un-Break My Heart-Toni Braxton 8 If I Could Turn Back Time-Cher 7 Can’t Fight The Moonlight-LeAnn Rimes 6 How Do I Live-LeAnn Rimes 5 If You Asked Me To-Celine Dion 4 I Don’t Want To Miss a Thing-Areosmith 3 The Right Kind of Wrong-LeAnn Rimes 2 Because You Loved Me-Celine Dion 1 There You’ll Be-Faith Hill
And I have to add my most underrated unknown Diane Warren song. It’s called “I See You In a Different Light” from Chante Moore and Jo-Jo of Jodeci. One of the most amazing “friends turn lovers” song you’ll ever hear.
And as a side note...Diane Warren didn't write "I Need You" for LeAnn Rimes. Everyone thinks she did though...LOL

Ben, which song did she write for Bon Jovi? Was it "I'll Be There For You"? If it was, I may have to re-edit my Top 10!

Actually she never wrote anything big for Bon Jovi. She wrote "Wild Is The Wind" and I believe they cut "Does Anybody Ever Fall In Love Anymore," a song that Cher has also recorded.

Diane did in fact write "I Need You" by LeAnn Rimes. A list of ALL her songwriting credits and her biggest hit can be found at realsongs.com, the official Diane Warren site.
I totally forgot about "I See You In a Different Light" by Chante Moore and Jo Jo, I absolutely agree that that was one of the most undrerated Diane Warren songs. The two artist totally meshed their voices together and made WONDERFUL music.
Other songs that I must add to my list is "All I Want Is Forever" by Regina Belle and "JT" Taylor and "One Day You Will" and "Couldn't We" both by Deborah Cox.
P.S. Did you know that Deborah Cox recorded "My First Night With You" before Mya did. It is on her first album "Sentimental", this is the only song that Diane Warren and Babyface have collarborated on.
For the record Patti LaBelle has the first and definitive version of "If You Asked Me To"

Diane did not write "I Need You." It was written by Ty Lacy and Dennis Matkosky for the mini series "Jesus."
It is believed that Diane has written over a 1000 songs. I have never found a list of all of her songs, however I have started my own list and it is just massive.
Diane also wrote "Say What's In My Heart" with Babyface for Aaron Neville.

I think "For You I Will" is one of the best songs ever, definitely one of Diane's best. Plus Monica killed it.
