^^Thank you. Mika's Myspace has added the new mix to Happy Ending to thier 1st featured songs: www.myspace.com/mikamyspaceApparently it's called the "LA Edit". Radio 1 in England is spinning the edit and is ALREADY on the "A List" on their playlist (which is the top 15 songs spun on the station), which is GREAT since it was only release about 2 weeks ago. :)

Universal Republic Stars, Amy Winehouse and Mika, to Release Special Live DVDs in U.S. November 13NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Two of Universal Republic Recordsβ brightest stars are releasing special live DVDs this fall, the multi-award winning Amy Winehouse and acclaimed singing sensation Mika. Both DVDs are deluxe packages that will include an array of special features and behind the scenes footage of the two British stars. Already hailed as one of the decadeβs top live performers, Amy gives us fair warning with the devilishly titled I Told You I Was Trouble. The DVD features as its centerpiece a rollicking and emotive 60 minute concert performance filmed live from Londonβs 104 year old Sheperdβs Bush Empire. Mikaβs offering, Live In Cartoon Motion, captures the star at his show stopping best, thrilling a sold-out audience of 4,000 fans at Franceβs famed LβOlympia venue. For Amy Winehouse fans, I Told You I Was Trouble also serves up a potpourri of bonus material including a 50 minute film chronicling her incredible rise as one of musicβs most colorful and acclaimed new voices; never-before-seen early performances; an interview with her father, and other rare, behind the scenes glimpses of the British siren. Showcasing her hit songs from her UK debut release Frank and the international platinum-plus release Back To Black (recently passing the 3 million sales milestone worldwide), the concert from Sheperdβs Bush features βYou Know Iβm No Good,β βTears Dry On Their Ownβ, Amyβs cover of the Zutonβs βValerieβ, and her Billboard topping hit βRehab,β among others. Mikaβs Live In Cartoon Motion marks the first time the energetic starβs lively show has been filmed in its entirety. Directed by Matt Askem (David Bowie, Paul Weller,) it captures Mikaβs flamboyant stage presence, with the star performing most of the songs from his 3 million selling worldwide debut album Life In Cartoon Motion, including βRelax, Take It Easy,β βBig Girl (You Are Beautiful),β and the global chart-topping βGrace Kelly.β Using 10 cameras and shot in high definition, the DVD also features a documentary chronicling Mikaβs escapades throughout his much heralded world tour, a highly-raved-about romp that the caused San Francisco Chronicle to proclaim the star βan incredible showman.β Nominated for two MTV Europe Music Awards earlier this week, the tireless star will tour Europe this fall, returning to his native England for a series of live shows in late November and early December.Emerging almost unanimously as the most highly touted UK singer in years, Amyβs Back to Black CD has remained a mainstay of the Billboard Top Albums charts since its release 6 months ago. Reaching the #1 plateau in England at the beginning of the year, the mesmerizing artist also possessed the hottest single on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart most of the summer, with her sizzling single βRehabβ scorching its way up the Top Ten, and nailing the #1 spot on the Billboard R&B singles chart. Back To Black has sold more than 3 million albums worldwide, making it one of the most successful debuts of the year. Among Amyβs many awards is the coveted Brit Award for Best British Female Solo Artist, a Best Jazz Crossover album Honor at the Ronnie Scotts Jazz Awards, and an Ivor Novello Award (she won her first in 2003) for βRehabβ in the Best Contemporary song category. Most recently, she received a MOBO Award (Music Of Black Origin) in London, winning as best UK female artist. The singer-songwriterβs brassy mix of soulful vocals tinged with 60βs girl-group stylings/sly funk and jazz has seen her become one of the most critically acclaimed new artistβs in years, with Rolling Stone and Spin magazine featuring her in dueling cover stories this summer. Amy is currently preparing for a live tour of Europe later this fall. www.umrg.com------------------ yay! The DVD will be released in the US aswell! No need for imports! :) EDIT: OH, AND THE RELEASE DATE IS BEING PUSHED UP A MONTH YEAH!!!!

OMG DEREK I LOVE YOUR SIGGY! And btw, I think Mika is looking HOTTTTT right now, I know you love the curls Der but I think he looks hotter now. And 'I Want You Back' is the Jackson 5 cover, he played it when I saw him this summer. Just one more thing though, where's Grace Kelly on the DVD?

Mikaβs Dandy MomentMika has just given himself a makeover and he looks practically unrecognizable with his new sleek look. βBeing stylish is a happy accident!β he told Chic Report earlier this year. βFashion follows personal style. People dress the way they want to, make their style statements, whether youβre a designer or someone walking down the street. Fashion follows that, itβs a reaction to trend, and style follows it. You have to be yourself. A lot of artists look identical and just expensive, but I want to look timeless!β ------- Yeah, but I don't see him keeping that style when he goes to perform at shows. Even if he had the old clothes on, the gel-look wouldn't look right for his wacky performances, imo... Don't get me wrong, these are on the top of the list of hottest Mika pics, but I don't see him keeping this "look" gorund for....a year, for example... Only special occasions, Meek. ;) I have no freaking idea! :o I didn't even notice that missing, I was too excited...There was a reworked listing posted somewhere, but I cannot locate it at the moment...maybe it was added on to that one....but what a bummer if the DVD's missing his signiture song....actually....more like WTF?!?! >:(

The Sun Thursday, Oct. 11,2007 Mika's double date for Britswww.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/bizarre/article326316.eceTHE Brits is the music awards bash of the year β and the nightβs duets are always among the highlights. Now I can reveal that next yearβs event will see MIKA perform with either former QUEEN guitarist BRIAN MAY or RUFUS WAINWRIGHT. Whoever he sings with, it promises to be explosive. Flamboyant Grace Kelly singer Mika is continually arguing heβs nothing like Brianβs ex-bandmate, the late FREDDIE MERCURY. But Mika will not escape the comparisons if he and Brian, right, double up for the Brits at Londonβs Earls Court next February. A source said: βMika is already guaranteed for the event but heβs still in talks about who to duet with. βHe knows how to put on a great show on his own β but with either Brian or Rufus on stage next to him he would blow the roof off.β I can feel a rendition of Queen anthem We Will Rock You coming on. And that would surely rival the Britsβ all-time great duets, like when JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and KYLIE belted out BLONDIE hit Rapture in 2003 β and Justin famously grabbed Kylieβs bot. I told you last month that Kylie is lined up for the 2008 Brits. So it seems the bash, to be shown live on ITV1, will be full of huge personalities. And thatβs before any beehives have confirmed. ------------------------------- How interesting! I know Mika's a big fan of Rufis, but to perform with the guitarist from Queen would be earth-shatering! Especially if Mika performs an old Queen song....that would be almost eiree, actually (with the whole Freddie/Mika vocal and general similarities). But to be offered these performances at these HUGE awards shows (MTV Europe Awards, and now the Brits) are proving once again Mika is a SMASH WW!!!!

New Mika Song!!!vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...0-9909026f9f82It was performed yesterday in his concert in Lille, France. All I can say is WOW. :o It is like.....so different. it's a feel-good song but I'm sorta getting a haunting vibe with the melody...idk... it has a little tropical bounce to it aswell. From all the demos and new songs that have leaked, this one sounds THE MOST DIFFERENT from what I'd expect Mika to do, honestly....it's like, new age music... I wish the lyrics were posted somewhere. But it sounds AMAZING and this recording is AMAZING! I hope this and Holy Johnny make his next album. :) Found the chorus: "How much do you love me" "How much do you care" "How much do you need me when Im not there" MEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!

HERE YA GO, GREGGY!!! vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.showvids&friendID=19366442&n=19366442&MyToken=bfd79681-0be4-4398-b8f0-9909026f9f82AND here's the unofficial lyrics (a word or two might be off, but you can still see what teh general story. It's SAD. :( There's a boy His father's bad He's living on the road And it's so sad Now he cries Every day Just tell him to forget about a father Who couldn't show the way There's a girl Her momma's gone She's got an old man Who couldn't carry on Now she cries Every day To forget about her mother She runs away How much do you love me How much do you care How much do you need me When I'm not there How much do you love me How much do you care How much do you miss me When I'm not there Do do do do do... In this life We live and learn To lose what belongs And get what hurts I'm not a boy To forget it all I love every minute From the time I'm born *chorus*

Making the Video for "Happy Ending"!www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfHBcXUJSbASeems like making the vid was greenscreen and a bedroom. it's neat to see how they made some of the "effects" take place in the video. :) Fun shoot and I REALLY hope Mika goes for these type of videos in the future (though, i don't mind the "natural looking" vids. ;) ) ALSO!!!!! MP3 of the new song from the performance, so you can put it on your ipod! yrecaps.com/Mika%20-%20How%20Much%20Do%20You%20Love%20Me.mp3It's another one of Mika's songs that sounds like a joyful little tune, but after knowing the lyrics, it takes on a more darker image. Yeah, I WANT THIS ON HIS NEXT CD!!!!!!!!

Mika's Bear Sex Scandal! :o :o "Mika kicked off his Dodgy Holiday tour in outrageous fashion...with a teddy bear sex show. The Lollipop singer entertained 7, 000 fanatical French fans by wearing extravagant camp suits - and at one point even got a pink umbrella. (OH MAH GODSSS!!!! ) But there were gasps of shock when his stage performers, dressed in teddy bear outfits, began stimulating sex. Mika, whose hit No1 debut album Life In Cartoon Motion, said after Thursday night's show: "It was just all a bit of fun - things in the show only came to life tonight. We rented a place out for three days to practice some routines - and that's what we came up with." Mika also revealed rockers THE CRIBS could be dressing up in his trademark costumes soon - and he would also love the SPICE GIRLS to don the animal outfits. He said "I'd love the Spice Girls to come and put a costume on. I think it's great they got back together and it would be amazing if they dressed up for one of my concerts. I've asked The Cribs if they would do it - just because I'm a big fan. I saw RYAN at the Q Awards, he seems really up for it." " video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BQXzXU1OA4----------------------------- the new girl and now this....lol, oh Mika.... Can't wait to see this "revamped" tour when you come back to the states.

It's strange, I thought his first single here was "Love Today", and that they were still promoting it....
