Back when there was a Canadian radio industry magazine, add dates were listed there. Maybe official add dates aren't as important in Canada and stations just play songs when they receive the CD.
KelownaGuy would probably know...

Like i kinda know wene the Canadian Add dates are because my station only plays/adds songs on the adds date they follow thje rules....which i hate!
