It will be REALLY sad if this peaks at #13! If it does, then hopefully this is See If I Care all over again... The lead-off goes number one (let's just count WA as a number one...), followed by a moderately performing single (Songs About Rain @ #12, LHTB @ #13-ish), and a third single that's just as big as the first (Nothin' On But The Radio @ #1).

Nothin' On But The Radio is one of my favorite songs by him. I still remember the way Bob Kingsley introduced it as the #1 song when the tragedy in his life happened. It is great to see that he has come back.
I may be wrong but I still dont think this song is done yet. He is notorious for his long chart runs so this is still young in comparison. If it is finished then maybe he should go back to his slow crawl up the chart.

I don't want this song to stall out either, but I still think he should release Like It's a Bad Thing next and watch it go to #1 :)

Half Of My Mistakes would probably be my choice, although if they choose to go up-tempo, then LIABT would be the choice. It's hard to go wrong with this album, but I think HOMM has the best chance at being a hit.

I love HOMM too. That and LIABT are my 2 favorites on the CD and I would be thrilled if they both got released.

i am ready for a new single. i also hope he releases "Like It's A Bad Thing" I agree. This song did what it had to do - it made the top 15 and kept Gary visible on the radio; time to move on. I hope they go with "We Touched The Sun" or "Trying To Matter", but I'd be fine with "Like It's A Bad Thing" or "Half Of My Mistakes" as well.

Any word on what Gary's next single will be? This one has been gone for awhile now so they need to get something else out there pretty soon.

I wonder if they're going to bother with a third single. I would've thought so, but Gary's last studio album only had two singles, and it's been over a month since "Learning How To Bend" peaked. Maybe they're finished with the album (hopefully not, though).

No way they would quit after just two singles this time. At least I HOPE they learned their lesson. Gary has no problem getting into the top 10 (not sure what happened with LHTB but he was on a role). After how big "Watching Airplanes" was I'm sure they'll have at least one more.

I think the only reason they moved on after two singles from Tough All Over is because that album was so personal for Gary. He probably wanted to move on from that whole part of his life. I'm guessing we'll find out what the third single is in another 1-2 weeks.

I really hope it's Like It's A Bad Thing. I can't stop listening to it!! XM has been playing it for a LONG time and they play it quite often. I actually heard it before LHTB came out and thought it was the next single. LIABT would be a smash IMO.
