3rd single even though it was pretty obvious should a huge hit. It's more pop friendly than It's Not MY Time

Darn, I was hoping for Your Arms Feel Like Home. I think that one would be the biggest CHR hit from the album. This was the obvious one they were leaning towards though, so not surprising. I'll say it does about equally as well as INMT on CHR.

Universal is seriously misreading things if they think this is the next single. In my opinion, less than three months from the Presidential election, they'd be smart to push Citizen / Soldier. Great record, great timing...

Great record, great timing... I do love the song, but I don;t think that would have much of a shot at CHR. It's a great song, but not a great single choice, IMO.

I'm going to play C / S, even if LMBM is the next single. I've got a major military installation in my market, plus 3DD are from the neighborhood.

^Well in that case it would probably do well, but I'm just saying in general I don't think it's a track radio would really play, especially not CHR.

And though they have videos for Citizen/Soldier and The Champion In Me out now, neither are singles. I think they only decided to release Train to keep up the momentum that It's Not My Time started on rock radio. They've made it public that they don't wanna lose their alternative base.

Yeah IMO esp. cause Citizen Soldier is 6 minutes long I think (or close to that)...IMO it's a great song but doesn't really have a format to play it except for heritage rock, which is basically dying out except in more rural areas

Really hopin it does well on your station (ur prob. in a pretty unique situation as far as that track goes though lol)...wonderin if you're gonna cut down your own version/edit just cause it's so long and has a lot of pretty long instrumental parts to it

But if you do what I just did and chop that intro in half, then pitch it 1.5%, you can get it down to 3:27.

I was hoping for It's The Only One You've Got. Yeah, that's the obvious hit. LMBM will be huge on HAC, though.

I hope they release Give It To Me, but if they do it'll probably be a rock only single.

Why was this pushed back to TBD October? That was unnecessary, INMT has already been done for awhile on CHR. ???

It's Not My Time went #9 here and #18 in Hot 100
That's great!! Remember they aren't a new band anymore

that's their lowest peak of their first single. and this is going nowhere

But still it's great...Most bands wouldn't even got a gold record and a top 20 hot 100 hit everytime they release an album
Also they are being 5x more successful at alternative/rock than with Seventeen Days

INMT was just as successful on CHR as Let me Go, even if it's Hot 100 peak was a little lower. This is quite a bit more tailored towards pop, so if we can get a stable adds date, I don't see this not being a CHR hit in the long run. And how can this be going nowhere, if it hasn't even went for adds yet. Getting ahead of yourself much?

INMT was just as successful on CHR as Let me Go, Huh? Let Me Go peaked at #2. It's Not My Time peaked at #10. Let Me Go was the #7 played song of 2005. It's Not My Time probably will not even be in the top 20 played for the year. I fail to see how the two were equally successful.
