One of her best. But by the time it was released (2004), Alanis had pretty much shifted to Hot AC radio.

I really liked this song too.
I wish it had done better though.

Wasn't a fan. Remains my least favourite of the 10 tracks on 'So Called Chaos'.

About the only release I didn't like from Alanis was "All I Really Want." This one remains one of my favorites.

I loved this song. I'm only been a big Alanis fan for two or three years now (because I was fairly young when Jagged came out), so this was her only big hit that I was really pumped about hearing on the radio. I miss hearing her on the radio multiple times per day, like I did with Everything. As a result, this is one of my favorite Alanis songs.

This song was heard in "Clerks 2." What a great Alanis tune! Sometimes you forget how good a song is until you hear it again.

This was just the second song I ever heard from Alanis Morissette (the first being "Ironic"). I was struck by how beautiful the song and lyrics were. Alanis' voice was soothing as well. Post-SIFJ, one of her best songs. It should have been a hit.

Indifferent to this... doesn't touch anything from "Jagged Little Pill".

Love it! The whole album was really good! Definitely better than "Under Rug Swept."

Nice enough song but why they released it as a lead single is utterly beyond me.

If I would've heard it more times, I'd probably like it. However, lack of airplay doesn't allow me to give it a favorable or unfavorable opinion.

I heard 'Eight Easy Steps' on the radio today. Gave me the desire to listen to her album... but I didn't. I probably will soon. It remains my second favourite Alanis album despite containing my least favourite Alanis single (this one).

I adore this song. I am not a huge fan of hers, but this song is so pretty.

Wow, this is an old thread, lol. I still stand by what I said 11 years ago- it's a beautiful song, and I think it would've been a hit had it been released in 1998/1999.
