Looks like Maroon 5 may not make it any further in the top 10. I honestly thought that the song would take a couple of more weeks to slow down, but wow.

Going recurrent when they fall below #20 (Weeks in Top 40/Top 50): Justin Timberlake ("What Goes Around...") (21/21?) Daughtry ("It's Not Over") (21/?) You're correct on Justin's top 50 weeks. Daughtry's been in the top 50 for 22 weeks.

The audiences look dreadful. We had the same situation a couple of weeks back , when the audiences shrinked rapidly from one day to the other just to get back up to normal on the next update.

Do you think Pink eventually has a chance of going #1?

Pink could be the first to gain #1 with only low 8k spins and maybe low 50 million audience in ALONG time. Its sure a drastic change from when Nelly had to grab #1 from Beyonce with 9.8k spins and 70 million audience before she got to #1 lol.
Fergie is done, I knew she couldn't make #1, can Pink do in GCH's in time? She had an amazing daily spin yesterday, I think she can do it! Its gonna be close.. GCH's will still retain their reign on BB Pop 100 Airplay due to audience though.

So, does anyone know when they will take Who Knew out of recurrent land? Cause its still over there. Will they wait until the week it goes for adds or what??

I remember the last song I saw taken out of recurrent to active was P!ATD's "The Only Difference..". Also I believe Mariah Carey's "Shake It Off" holds that in recent memory..might be something from last decade that beats that or something.

If I'm not mistaken, that's been the biggest jump to #1 during the PPW era. Big moves were more commonplace during the playlist era. I know Madonna's "This Used To Be My Playground", from 1992, jumped 10-1. I'm pretty sure there have been a couple of other impressive "#1 jumps" during that era, but I can't name them off the top of my head.

Still no answer why the audiences are so low all of a sudden?
Did they take some stations off the panel?

I don't think so. The panel still has 139 stations.

Let's make a list of all of the moves to #1 from #4 or below since 1994. I'll make the topic!

It was a few weeks ago and you only mentioned the last song to move 3-1, I believe, which was Daughtry, as well as the last song to move 4-1. I just made a topic with all of them, lol.

Pinks so much like me, she waits till the weekend to take out the garbage Buuut Pink its starting to stink - hurry up 1 1 GYM CLASS HEROES Cupid's Chokehold 8248 9084 -836 52.000 Speaking of those guys those, this is the first time I can remember the current #1 song with such a decline..I don't think "We Belong Together" made it that low during its long #1 reign cuz "BTHE" was right on its tail, even when declining. I don't think Beyonce did it nor Nelly or Shakira..hmm, I'll have to check into that.

Well, its not like it matter much since that will never get recorded on a Sunday update! P!nk will kick them out and they won't have to worry about having a #1 song with a HUGE decline! lol

ok...question...what up with the extremely low spin counts??? Did we lose a few stations?? Did KIIS finally go to CHR/Rhythmic???

No, I think its just that spins are more spread out. But I wouldn't be surprised if we did lose a station. However, it doesn't show that we did according to mediabase.
OH! And it could possibly be higher recurrent airplay too! :)

I remember when people used to complain when a song would have a "U" or "Ur" or maybe an odd "+"...let alone the #1 song having all three.

You know its gonna be a new era of music when Gym Class Heroes holds back the likes of Gwen Stefani with Akon, Akon solo and Fergie with Ludacris to get their asses handed to em by Pink lol. Nuff said right there.
Let the new era begin!

^That's a very good point!!! Akon missed big time and Fergie too, while Pink is coming straight to the top with a bullet that kept consistently strong inside the Top10... Now, Avril will EAT Timbaland (sorry, Nelly) soon, and who know what will happen with Carrie after that amazing surprise today!! I don't know you, guys, but for me today was like seeing another chart... weird moves, with big drops of songs that seemed consistant, songs slowing down their humongous falls or climbs days ago, and then others regaining stability... weird, weird, weird
