I'm sure that'd piss Dave Grohl off. Kurt dying pretty much started his career. xD

Ah, so nothing really. They could go like Queen did with Paul Rodgers.

I'm shocked that after all this time, this song is still going to be the single.

I can't believe this thread was created over two years ago. Insane that we've been talking about a new album from them for that damn long and finally it's going to happen.
Going back to a post I made prior to the summer of '09, I did end up seeing The Offspring with Sum 41, Green Day with The Kaiser Chiefs, and Blink-182 with Fall Out Boy, The All-American Rejects, and ::shudders:: Asher Roth.
Even though all three were some of the best shows I've ever seen, that Blink concert sticks out to me more than the other two because after seeing them three times prior with their pottymouths and disgusting jokes, that was the first time that they actually acted like grown-ups. I felt like actually was watching a kickass concert rather than a comedy show. It made the show so much more enjoyable for me since I too had grown up from their sick humor that I thought was hilarious when I was in Middle & High school in the late 90s to early 00s when they were in their prime of popularity. With that being said, I'm probably even more excited than I was two years ago for their new material because it may show how talented they really are musically so they won't have to attract the immature and younger crowd. I also couldn't look more forward than seeing them for a fifth time with My Chemical Romance in September.

So glad this is finally coming out. Saw them a couple years ago and I'm seeing them again in August.

Love Matt & Kim, but I'm super glad I'm seeing them with Manchester Orchestra instead. It's gonna be so great.

Matthew and I have Matt & Kim at our show too, but the few songs I've heard from them haven't really done much for me, so I guess that I wouldn't care if I missed them.

Ahem. I believe I said f**k you, Ron. Matt and Kim put on a highly entertaining show. I was impressed. I gather you'd rather see Manchester Orchestra, but even if you don't know or care for Matt & Kim's music, I'd be surprised and disappointed if you didn't have a smile on your face after seeing them play. Then again, you'll probably tell me to fuck off too, since I've already seen headlining shows by both M&K and Manchester Orchestra this year and didn't have to pay a dime.

I would... but I can't. Oh well.
It is true that I would've rather seen Manchester, but I'm hoping Matt And Kim surprise me with excellence.

I wish they had Manchester playing instead of Matt & Kim, but then the price of the ticket would go up then, so blah nevermind.

That clip was way too short. It cut off just when it was getting exciting. :(

From just 30 seconds (which is nothing obviously), it kinda sounds like an AVA track with Mark featuring on it. I'll wait to hear the full song before I judge though. I'm definitely excited =)

I can't believe this is happening! Two years and five months after announcing their comeback, blink-182 are (at most) hours away from finally being back for real! That's how it feels to me! All the hype me and millions of other fans created surrounding the reunion is coming to its final days, starting with the release of "Up All Night". Soon, all this mystique atmosphere will turn into a mere collection of songs. Nothing more than that, nothing less... As much as I'm excited for this new album, I'll miss looking for news regarding its release. I'll even miss being pissed at those three guys' constant delays! This is record is by far the most anticipated entertainment related event in my life (Lost's series finale is second and still it's miles behind) and, honestly, I'm pretty confident it will be like sex to my ears! After all, it's supposed to be a progression from blink-182's self-titled, which is my favorite record album of all-time! About "Up All Night" itself, I'm loving the 30 seconds preview! It sounds so inexplicably familiar to me! I hear many similarities with "Elevator" from Box Car Racer. I was expecting a "Feeling This" kind of tune for the first single... It doesnt seem like it will be that, but the clip sounds awesome, anyway! Oh god, just put the full song out already! By the way, here's "Up All Night" single artwork: I dig it! it gives me a dark, sinister and vague vibe.

Also, I really like the artwork. It's exactly the kind of artwork I was hoping for. So stoked. Any minute we should hear this.

It's February. They're having it out for summer. It's not that early. What difference does it make, anyway? Oh how these words would come to haunt me.
