I really hope this debuts at number one on bb hot 100 she deserves some more number one hot 100 hits........love the dance music is back! Well, Toxic, Slave for you (ggrghh Clear Channel), Circus and Gimme more should have hit #1 so if this song hits #1 it can make up for the past blocks.

Yeah, well, she is the best full lip-syncer in "live" shows to reach #1, too. We're good at creating records, right? ;)

what is bubblin under? :) It basically means its @ #114 after a week of radio and a day of downloads. Not really, let's not forget that "Bubbling Under Chart" is only comprised of new songs that have not charted yet in the BB Hot 100. So, this means that there can be older songs with enough points to be at #101 and around. It is inherently wrong to say that a song's peak is anywhere from "101" below. You should just refer to a peak at Bubbling Under Chart as that, so it would be "#14 BU" instead of "#114 H100"

Number-one debuts * Michael Jackson — "You Are Not Alone" (September 2, 1995) * Mariah Carey — "Fantasy" (September 30, 1995) * Whitney Houston — "Exhale (Shoop Shoop)" (November 25, 1995) * Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men — "One Sweet Day" (December 2, 1995) * Puff Daddy and Faith Evans featuring 112 — "I'll Be Missing You" (June 14, 1997) * Mariah Carey — "Honey" (September 13, 1997) * Elton John — "Candle in the Wind 1997" / "Something About the Way You Look Tonight" (October 11, 1997) * Céline Dion — "My Heart Will Go On" (February 28, 1998) * Aerosmith — "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" (September 5, 1998) * Lauryn Hill — "Doo Wop (That Thing)" (November 14, 1998) * Céline Dion and R. Kelly — "I'm Your Angel" (December 5, 1998) [/li][li] ----- * Clay Aiken — "This Is the Night" (June 28, 2003) * Fantasia — "I Believe" (July 10, 2004) * Carrie Underwood — "Inside Your Heaven" (July 2, 2005) * Taylor Hicks — "Do I Make You Proud" (July 1, 2006) [/quote] And let's just add a [/li][li] to "I'm Your Angel". In the official chart printed for the week of December 5, the LW column had a #46 for this song. All other songs had the Last Week and 2 Weeks Ago columns with numbers based on test charts that compiled sales and airplay figures. This happened because that week of December was the first one that allowed Airplay only singles to chart in the Hot100.

Yeah, I know... and I'm a Brit fan, too, went to her Circus tour, paid my $150 to see her in a good seat, and enjoyed the production of her tour, got emotional with her rendition of Everytime, etc, etc.... but I did feel disappointed at not hearing but very few minutes of her singing live. I could see the show at a DVD... I go to a concert to see my favorite artists SINGING, even if they do not do it the best they can, it is good to hear her with faults and all. I know she has to be careful, etc, but at least try ONE full song! And I just mentioned that, because I prefer 100000% percent seeing a not-so-pretty artist singing LIVE and performing her ass off, than a pretty face lipsyncing. But probably I'm just a weirdo that likes strange things

You can't have two different HOT 100 charts counting for the same week.

LOL @ Madonna is blah. I cannot even comment on that.
Britney is one of my favorites, but Madonna is an icon, a legend. Britney, a pop icon, but no legend.

I just checked the latest pop bars, the gap between brit and justin is exactly the same since the last update. While miley lost a couple of more bars.

Britney will be a legend in a couple of years...earlier than madonna cuz britney started earlier than her!! madonna is blah nobody buys her albums anymore, but her concert is the top all over the world...idk she is still blah to me....britney will probably soon be blah when she is 50 but thats cool ill be 40 and i probably will be to much of an adult to care for pop music lol jk

Well you have your own opinions, and I have mine.
Britney is a pop culture icon, but she's hardly anywhere near a legend.
She hasn't done anything to be a legend yet. Madonna has, and is.
