I'm sure it has. They tolerate that kind of stuff up there.

I've been jamming to this song for weeks. It's really good but i doubt it's going to breakthrough. Though I hope the middle-eastern sound will take it to the top 20.

I've loved this since it smashed (sort of) in the UK. mahhh this has been playing on the radio here in canada for AGES Not that there's a huge difference, but I'm pretty sure it was the Mia Martina version because of the MAPL system. I heard it when I was in Quebec.

It kind of reminds me of that dance hit 'You Promised Me' by In Grid. It also had that whole accordion over up tempo house beat going.

I had been reading about this one a lot during the last few months but I only heard this recently. I like it. It's cute. I love the accordion. where have i heard this before? is it in some commercial? It was mentioned elsewhere that it was played on Jersey Shore, so it's possible that you heard it there.

Not really "middle-Eastern" though. This is more Eastern European. And Edward Maya & Vika Jugalina are Romanian ;) I heard this song many times in my trips to Europe and have danced to it many times. A clubjam!!

this was a HUGE hit here in Portugal and got overplayed to death on radios here. I kinda like it, hope it catches on in the US, but the version played here doesn't feature any Alicia lol, does the version released to the US feature different female vocals ???

This is one of my favorite songs of all time.
Doubt it will do much of anything on U.S. radio though (other than on the few true dance stations, where it already hit #1 on the Hot Dance Airplay chart a couple months ago).

Who is this Alicia? She sounds exactly like Vika Jigulina.

I'm sure it has. They tolerate that kind of stuff have a broader musical taste up there. Ahahahaha, this made me laugh out loud, whoo. Cool song, kind of surprised (and yet not) that it's going up for adds. Maybe it'll be the dance hit on CHR of the year? It's been surprisingly popular with the college demographic here in the US. Was huge in France/Europe when I went, so maybe the US'll give it a chance. Oh yeahhhh.

I think this "Alicia" is a typo There is nowhere any information on this track featuring an Alicia. There are however two versions of this, one featuring Vika Jigulina (which IMO is the more popular) and another with Mia Martina, a canadian artist which has been rerecorded for the Canadian market. The one with Mia martina was originally featured under cool new music on allaccess, but has now been switched to the original with vika jiguilina, hope this info helps. Anyway, lets hope this song smashes!!

I don't understand this song's success at all. It's so boring and monotone. Dreadful.

I been loving this for months now. Dance radio has played it tons. They play the mollela remix and I understand thats more popular than the original. Anyway this song is amazing. Much better than the garbage like "OMG","Dynamite" and all that other crap.

Throw an American artist (the best would probably be Pitbull) on this or 'We No Speak Americano' and it will be an auto hit. It will struggle without some American help.

THIS SONG. My God. My mother heard it on our Rhythmic station about twenty different times and they apparently never announced the name or artist. I couldn't figure out what in the world she talking about until my sister heard the song and told me it sounded "dancey" and "maybe something about a stereo."
And yeah, here in South Florida we'll probably be hearing this quite a bit.
