YAY!!!!! for Robyn Does anyone have sales totals for her other 3 albums released in the US? [Robyn Is Here, Robyn, Body Talk Pt. 1] this was before the first "body talk" album from billboard: The convention-flouting plan fits perfectly with Robyn's quirky résumé. She first found U.S. teen-pop success as a 16-year-old with the Max Martin-produced hits "Do You Know (What It Takes)" and "Show Me Love," which both peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. The tracks appeared on her 1997 debut, "Robyn Is Here" (RCA), which has sold 922,000 U.S. copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. But while she made two more Sweden-only albums, it wasn't until she set up Konichiwa in 2004 that she managed to reboot her career internationally. She sought out like-minded songwriting collaborators (including fellow Swedes the Knife and Klas Åhlund of Teddybears) and took charge of all her visuals, from sleeve artwork to videos. The strategy worked: She scored a U.K. No. 1 in 2007 with the euphoric dance-pop of "With Every Heartbeat" (Konichiwa/Cherrytree/Interscope), from her self-titled fourth album, which has sold 242,000 U.K. copies, according to the Official Charts Co., and 33,000 in the United States, according to SoundScan. Extensive touring followed, which in turn led to the "Body Talk" campaign's unusual structure.

Hurrah for Robyn -- that's even a higher chart peak than "Robyn Is Here," which only hit #57.

92K. Congrats on Sarah for being #1. But some of you getting this excited about a 92K #1 album and crying over it? Do you see me cry when Eminem is #1? lol. I remember when i first heard love song like the day after it premiered on VH1. I really enjoy that song. So i have no problem with her getting #1. But too act like "OMG #1!" "The Right Artist Prevailed" and crap like that? It did 92K.
Eminem did 80K in it's 12th week. The hate Eminem get's on this board baffles me. Congrats to Sarah. She deserves it. You people though crying and being like take that eminem which is essentially what "the right artist prevails" does then shame on you.

There not hating on Eminem, there just thrilled that an artist they really like got the #1 album. Nobody is taking Eminem's accomplishments or amazing sales away from him, hell he will sell more next week than Sara, its just nice when an artist you really like and is quite good(like Sara B) get's a #1 album :) And honestly what's the difference between a few overdramatic gifs and a certain throwing around G.O.A.T all the time? Both are just opinions :) Nice to see Florence in the top 50 :) Possibly even higher next week I do hope. Katy still top 5 which is nice(even if it's a low number). Also nice to see Taylor hanging in the top 50 with Fearless! And the other country queens(Carrie/Miranda)are holding up nicely too!

25 top 10 weeks, not too shabby.
Too bad Katy did less than they predicted, but still a respectable hold.

Several people found Eminem fans annoying during the last few months too. I'm neutral on both Sarah and Em, but to see one of his fans complain about Sarah's fan celebrating is laughable, because the same exact thing happened when Eminem debuted.

At that one who said that a lot of people found Eminem fans annoying, well guess what? Me, and him are the only REAL fans on here others were just normal music fans...I really don't know what you're talking about! Hell, i don't even think i posted a comment when he went number one!

I don't get why people think being happy for one artist automatically makes you an Eminem hater. Sara is a talented artist with a great cd-why can't people be happy she is having some success without being accused of being "against" Eminem?

There were flooding of posts about him being #1 and hoping that artists in their debut week would not be #1 so Em could spend another week...right. I guess with your shade against the #2 debuts during Em's reign you were wanting the right artist to prevail...remember the rick ross shade. But yeah, don't get your panties in a bunch. We already expect every/every other post you have will be about Em but is there a need to respond the way you do when someone is glad that he is not #1...similar to when you were glad that he was #1 and holding off some others to #2, no ;)

We're not hating on Eminem, we were just extremely shocked and surprised at Sara getting to number 1. Especially since we were expecting around 40-50k. No need to get over defensive .92K is amazing for an artist like her so let the Sara fans enjoy the moment!
