I can see why this one was left off of the album. It doesn't seem to have the energy that the record has. Of course I've only heard it a few times so what do I know?

On the runway. dressed in his best. On the runway. work it, black Jesus.
I can actually see this being played in a movie like Bruno with a black main character LMAO

One of the best songs on the album, but I can understand why it's only a bonus track.
If people couldn't handle Judas, I wouldn't expect them to handle the thought of a black Jesus.

I don't know the rest of the lyrics off hand right now but is this even a religious song? Maybe it's about her guitar player whose nickname is Jesus?

Really? He most likely wasn't the colour of milk, though, so I don't get it.

His name in the liner notes is Kareem "Jesus" Devlin and assuming it's the same guy from the Monster Ball she calls him Jesus.

I just wouldn't expect anyone to have the name "Jesus". It's usually taboo unless it's pronounced Hey-Zeus.

Okay, this song owns my soul right now. It's like right up there with Government Hooker for me now. Something about it, idk, it's just so good.

I love it, but i dont want it as next single. Maybe one of the last? Idk how it'd do on pop radio, but it'd probably be a dance hit...

If they renamed it "Amen Fashion" and drowned out the "Black Jesus" chant, it could work as a single.
But I can't see Gaga approving of that.

I think she should just do a video and leave it at that.

I agree that 'Amen Fashion' would be a better title. 'Black Jesus' and the cross thing make it too awkward.
