Did this die again? Or is it just me? I can't see anything either. I guess it's broke again.

Can you get in trouble for liking something that you obviously shouldn't but you did anyway?

Can you get in trouble for liking something that you obviously shouldn't but you did anyway? Doubt it. There aren't any rules at the moment, and I doubt there will be in the future because a +1 is such a broad action, as in, there are so many reasons why you could +1 a post (agreement, thanking, entertainment, Josh state of mind, whatever).

Sometimes I +1 stuff because it is so stupid or wrong. Think about that next time I +1 your post. ;)

Can you get in trouble for liking something that you obviously shouldn't but you did anyway? Unlikely. Not that I'm encouraging you to do it of course. But it derails the thread far less than when people act as cheerleaders for posts that are obviously violating the rules (i.e., quoting the said post and replying with the kissy face smiley or the 'dead' icon).

I've been seeing people show up as the most recent poster when they like something in a thread. Is that new?

Please tell me it's not just me who they're not working for.
Just kidding; it's fine now.

On another board I frequent, they have a feature that allows you to "like" a certain post. Basically, your name just appears at the bottom of the post saying you "liked" it if you clink on a clink in the corner of the post. (This is similar but unrelated to Facebook liking) I was wondering if proboards offers any type of similar feature, and whether it would be something Pulse might consider adding. I like it (no pun intended) because there are often many posts I appreciate but do not want to clog board space with "+1s" or "great post" posts. #YourImpact
I can see why you got your job.

...OK. As this is implemented by default in ProBoards v5, I'm going to close this.
