180,415 with Love is the Answer. Ok, so she might be able to reach 130k with this.. Interesting battle her vs The Game. I wouldn't be so quick to project such a large drop from her previous album's opening week sales. LITA opened to almost 80,000 more than Guilty Pleasures from 2005.

Hmm we'll see.. There's only a gap of two years this time and the concept is a bit different as it's a cover album but contains only songs written by Alan and Marilyn Bergman (according to Wikipedia).

Don't forget The Game, he's going to sell 100-150k at least. The industry only sees 104k.

I hope Natalia Kills can get at least 20-25k. Any more would be a bonus.

Bab's album has a first week estimation of 150k. The Game: 104k. The following week: Lil Wayne's first week has been lowered to 766k. It had been at 1 million. RHCP: 277k What about Lenny Kravitz's "Black and White America" ?

Nearly 20% increase for Gaga and, despite "everyone having Adele's album who would want it!!!!" she is still pounding out 80K a week and seeing increases before her second single has even caught on yet. Good week

"Someone Like You" is top 20 at Hot AC. top 10 at Triple A and has cracked the top 40 at pop- it's even debuted on Billboard's Rock Songs chart. :) But, yes, it still has a ways to go to catch up to "Rolling in the Deep."

It still has less than 20 million total audience so, yes, about another 150 million in audience or so needed to catch up to RITD and VERY VERY impressive that a song that is totaling less than 20 million with no real video and no promo yet can cause double digit increases for an album that has already sold 3 million and is already selling a lot each week. Can you imagine if Someone Like you even becomes half the hit that RITD was?

Well, by catch up to RITD, I meant more of RITD's current audience. ;) If SLY managed to reach half of RITD's airplay, that would be great- especially being that it's a ballad. Not expecting it to do that, but odder stuff has happened. if she performs it on the VMAs, it may very well take off big.

SLY is surefire number one on Hot 100 if she performs it at the VMAs. The performance at the BRITs boosted its sales to over 100k for several weeks and it's now sold over a million there.

Is Watch the Throne the first album by Kanye to spend two weeks at number one? I doubt it. Graduation opened up with near a million. I'd think it also remained at #1 the following week. Can't say for sure though.

Kanye West had 5 #1's
Late Registration spent 2 weeks at #1, then others spent 1 week at #1, prior to this one
