Wow at Turn Me On. I thought that song was long gone thanks to Starships. Starships would be doing much better if Turn Me On was not so big. I know but the video will come out late March/early April right in time for spring. Turn me on will die down and Starships will have crazy longevity during the spring leading into the summer. There is some genius marketing in releasing this in February/March. |

What confuses me is that the spin increases today weren't much different than normal, and the number of stations on the panels haven't changed (at least that I can tell) - so how did every song's AI suddenly increase? It would make sense if lots of stations were added to the panel, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
On another note, though, if BDS numbers haven't changed, and with the addition of the new On-Demand chart into the Hot 100 formula, it's going to become a lot harder for us to predict the Hot 100 from week to week, which I personally think is exciting. However, "We Are Young" seems like the obvious number 1 for this week.

WAY has been selling 2 to 1 more downloads than Kelly's "Stronger" all this past week, so I think fun. has a third week at #1 pretty much in the bag already. |

No, they changed the audience each station has. For example, Kelly had about 6 million on Z100, but now has almost 7 million. Not due to a change in spins, just a change in the audience Z100 supposedly broadcasts to. All stations' audience numbers were updated similarly.
