	3	Of Monsters and Men My Head Is an Animal Total 2013 Points: 62519.8 2013 Songs Charted: “Dirty Paws” “King and Lionheart” “Little Talks” “Mountain Sound” See Of Monsters and Men’s commentary.
	2	Tamar Braxton Love and War Total 2013 Points: 65989.35 2013 Songs Charted: “All the Way Home” “Love and War” “The One” This album did amazingly this year, and that’s even with me getting into “Love and War” several months after release. Only the 3 singles charted, but all performed great. “Love and War” and “The One” both his 5x Platinum, and “All the Way Home” hit 4x Platinum (spoiler: it makes 5x Platinum this week), giving the album a ton of points. “Love and War” is the most successful of the singles, with “All the Way Home” bringing up the rear, but it should move past “The One” next week. Great album, although the singles are definitely some of the best songs.
	1	Zedd Clarity Total 2013 Points: 71023.2 2013 Songs Charted: “Alive (Zedd Remix)” “Clarity” “Human” “Push Play (Zedd Remix)” “Spectrum” “Stay the Night” So this got a (possibly unfair) boost from the re-release including Zedd’s remixes of “Push Play” and “Alive.” Without including their points, it still would be #7, however, so it was still a huge album. It contains “Clarity,” the song with the most total points on my chart (but will it have the most points from 2013?). It also has nice points from “Clarity” and decent points from “Stay the Night.” Adding in good points from the 2 remixes definitely helps it. Great album and I love it.

She still has songs to possibly be #1 in! Regardless, she has at least #2, and 2 of the top 3 songs. And like I said before, only 2 songs eligible really hurt her.

Artists 3-1

	3	Tamar Braxton Total 2013 Points: 65989.35 2013 Songs Charted: All the Way Home Love and War The One Everything was from her album, so see that for commentary. Oh and her gifs weren't that good. Several had potential but were too fast and whatnot.
	2	Lady Gaga Total 2013 Points: 66247.1 2013 Songs Charted: Applause Aura Cake Like Lady Gaga Do What U Want Dope Venus Everything was from her album. EXCEPT a song that probably shouldn’t have charted. Oh well. “Cake Like Lady Gaga” debuted at #1. Since it wasn’t really a single I dropped it quite fast, making it the lowest ranking #1 song on the year-end chart, ranking only at #120. It only charted 5 weeks, 1-5-11-22-35-off. If it had been top 50 it might have gotten one last week. It got so close to platinum status, less than 150 points away. Other than that, see her album. Oh and the picture I wanted was the one of her where she was all pale, walking slowly, then suddenly jumped into the car lol

Songs 3-1

	3	Zedd feat. Foxes "Clarity" (from Clarity ) 2013 Peak: 1 [2 weeks] | 2013 Weeks on chart: 30 | 2013 Points: 27879.9 | 2013 Certification (Overall Certification): 6x Platinum (7x Platinum) 2013 Chart run: 25-23-18-7-4-2-1-1-2-3-4-3-4-6-8-12-15-14-10-8-6-5-7-9-14-19-24-29-37-46 The song with the most points overall, but it had a short run in 2012 so it’s only #3 for the year. While this isn’t my favorite Zedd song, it’s still quite good. I got into it sooner than radio, and once it became a big hit it got a nice rebound no my chart. It also rebounded and performed better than it would have due to the Zedd Union remix. It’s basically an acoustic version, but it adds STRINGS. If you’ve read any of my commentary so far or know me well, you’ll know that I LOVE strings in pop music. I almost like the union mix more than the original song. It’s just flawless.
	2	Selena Gomez "Slow Down" (from Stars Dance ) 2013 Peak: 1 [1 week] | 2013 Weeks on chart: 30 | 2013 Points: 29926.65 | 2013 Certification (Overall Certification): 7x Platinum 2013 Chart run: 2-2-1-4-10-10-7-5-4-3-4-3-4-5-4-4-3-2-3-7-10-16-21-26-30-35-35-34-37-34 This song is so good. A tad generic, sure, but that doesn’t make it bad because it does what it does amazingly. So fun, so catchy, so exciting. Selena sounds great. The video could have been a little more exciting, but she looks great and slays me. Sooo close to being #1, too.
	1	Selena Gomez "Come & Get It" (from Stars Dance ) 2013 Peak: 1 [8 weeks] | 2013 Weeks on chart: 38 | 2013 Points: 30009.05 | 2013 Certification (Overall Certification): 7x Platinum 2013 Chart run: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-3-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-11-12-14-17-18-19-21-22-26-34-39-40-42-42-43-42-45-47-44-46-48-44 Ahhhhhhhhh. Such an amazing song from Selegend. She definitely didn’t disappoint with this lead single. Such a great dance song with some added Indian styles or something mixed in. Just all combines together to make an amazing song. Add in the flawless music video and you have my #1 song. Very deserving.

Slow Down is good, but not one of my favorites.

Come and Get It took a LONG time for me to get into, but once it did it was pretty good!

If I knew it had a 2012 run at an earlier time I wouldn't have voted for it.
Nice to see it made the top 3 though. :)
Honestly wish "Slow Down" was #1 instead, but C&GI is still a great #1.

Thanks! I feel like a few things threw stuff off (Selena only have 2 songs chart, ARTPOP having so many even though it was so young, "Clarity" being partly from 2012, Clarity including the 2 remixes, etc) so no one did too bad.
