Lol late again. This was my last week before school starts, so I had a bunch of stuff to get done before school again on Monday, hence the delay.

-Lorde's "Royals" returns to #1 for a second week, after giving up the top spot to Selena Gomez's "Slow Down" last week, which slips to #2. "Royals" is only the seventh song to ever have a split run at the top, the others being One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful", Demi Lovato's "Give Your Heart a Break" and "Heart Attack", Justin Bieber's "As Long as You Love Me", The Cab's "Endlessly", and Austin Mahone's "What About Love". Lorde has another song in the Top 3 this week as "Tennis Court" rises 5-3.

-Ellie Goulding's "Burn" leaps 10-4, becoming Ellie's second Top 5 after #1 smash "Figure 8". This pushes Demi Lovato's "Made in the USA" down 4-5 and Fifth Harmony's "Miss Movin' On" down 3-6. Demi also slides 6-9 with "Heart by Heart".

-One Direction's "Best Song Ever" and Jason Aldean's "Night Train" are each up a spot to #7 and #8 respectively. This makes "Night Train" the highest peaking country song of 2013, and the highest ever if you don't include "Blown Away"'s fluke week at #3.

-Katy Perry scores her third Top 10 hit as "Roar" rises 13-10. She previously reached the Top 10 with "Part of Me" (#3) and "Wide Awake" (#4).

Ugh flawless. I'm loving Miley this era. Wikipedia still lists this as just a promotional single for Bangerz, so I hope it ends up getting a radio release. This debut tops "We Can't Stop"'s debut of #35. It's her second song to chart.

#eminemfan64 Loving the old school style and can't wait for The Marshall Mathers LP 2, but I think this song's gonna be a quick burner. It's his first song to chart.

43. Avril Lavigne - "Rock N Roll"
The second single from Avril Lavigne is basically a rehash of "Here's to Never Growing Up", but that's perfectly okay with me. This song's debut isn't quite as good as the last one's (#33), but I'm sure it will still do well in the long run. Her third song to chart.

I couldn't stand "Popular" when it was just a Broadway song from Wicked, and when this update was first released here, I couldn't it either. It's definitely grown on me, and I find it really catchy now. Having Godriana on it probably helped a lot. This is Mika's first song to chart.

Thomas Rhett previously reached the Top 20 on country radio with "Something to Do with My Hands" and "Beer with Jesus", but neither was able to resonate with me enough to chart on here (the latter came very close though). This is his real breakthrough, and it took while to grow on me, but I'm loving it now. His first song to chart.

For some reason, this is just a promotional single from Yours Truly. I think it's much better than "Baby I" and wouldn't be flopping on radio nearly as much as that one is. Anyway, that song may debut soon, but for now, it's just this. It's her second song to chart.

I didn't get around to listening to this outside the Tornado album until right around the time it was peaking, which is such a shame, because I would've really rooted for its success. I love the chemistry and emotion in this song, and really wish it would've done better than Top 40 on Country. It's their third song to chart.

-The Top 4 consisting of Lorde's "Royals", Selena Gomez's "Slow Down", Lorde's "Tennis Court", and Ellie Goulding's "Burn", all hold at their respective spots this week, the first time the Top 4 has ever stayed completely stagnant.

-One Direction's "Best Song Ever" rises 7-5, becoming their seventh Top 5 hit after "What Makes You Beautiful" (#1), "Live While We're Young" (#1), "Rock Me" (#1), "They Don't Know About Us" (#2), "Moments" (#3), and "One Thing" (#5). Jason Aldean's "Night Train" and Katy Perry's "Roar" also rise two spots, 8-6 and 10-8 respectively.

-Demi Lovato's "Made in the USA" slides 5-7, while Fifth Harmony's "Miss Movin' On" slides 6-9. Miley Cyrus's "Wrecking Ball" rises 13-10, becoming her second Top 10 hit after "We Can't Stop" (#5).

-I feel compelled to mention just how strong this week's chart is. Back in February, David Guetta's "She Wolf (Falling to Pieces)" hit #1 and was the weakest chart topper ever. By that, I mean if I had a points system to compile charts, it definitely would've had the least points for a #1. It managed to squeeze in mostly due to lack of major competition. The amount of interest I had in that song at that time would only be enough to rank at #12 this week, meaning any of the current Top 11 would have been #1 hits in February.

However, when you take into account the fact that the twelve other songs had decent climbs to the upper regions while this one debuted at #1, it ends up being one of the most successful chart performances ever.

It is going to send to HAC next week, after being pushed back the adds date as well. I really hope "Dance With Me Tonight" would be a US single (and/or sent to CHR/Pop), but I don't know if it's going to happen now because it's said the Olly Murs is planning to re-release Right Place Right Time and I think (not sure to be honest) that there's going to be a new song out and it could be released in the US as well.

-It's another great week for Lorde. "Royals" spends a fifth week at #1, becoming only the fifth song ever to do so. Meanwhile, "Tennis Court" rises 3-2, making Lorde the first artist ever to control the Top 2 with two singles (1D did this with two album tracks). Additionally, "Team" debuts at #9, making her the first artist ever to have three singles in the Top 10 (Demi Lovato did this with album tracks), and she has another song debuting on the chart this week, but more on that later.

Lorde is absolutely killing it. She's already set tons of records on my chart with her first two singles "Royals" and "Tennis Court", and "Team" one is sure to set plenty more. This is Lorde's best debut, beating "Tennis Court"'s #15 debut, although that debuted after knowing it for two days, while this one had over a week. "Biting Down" is her first album track to chart. They make up her third and fourth entries. Also, I'm so excited for Pure Heroine next week

Sorry, but I find nothing iconic about the "govunah" line. The song is catchy though, so I'll give it that. It's her third song to chart.

It was originally on Blake Shelton's latest album, but I don't think he did it as much justice as Aaron It's his first song to chart.

The chorus is just great. It's their second song to chart.

Meanwhile, Lorde rises 9-5 with "Team", the first time ever an artist has had three songs in the Top 5 (no loopholes this time either ). Could it become a third consecutive #1? We'll just have to wait and see.

This song is so bad lol, but it is catchy as hell. Maejor Ali is the new name of Bei Maejor, who is known for his song "Lights Down Low". How he managed to get Justin on this track, I don't know, but I'm glad he did, because Justin's rap is so laughably bad. Yes, that's right, Justin is actually a rapper on this song, not a singer (I actually thought he sang the hook because Maejor sounds a lot like him). Anyway, this is Maejor Ali's first song to chart.
